Pregnancy Leave Top-Up. 17.04(a) An employee who is eligible for pregnancy leave under clause 17.03(a) or an employee who requests and is granted pregnancy leave under clause 17.03(b), shall be entitled, provided she is in receipt of Employment Insurance benefits pursuant to the Employment Insurance Act, S.C. 1996, as amended, to the following Supplemental Employment Benefits (SUB) payments while on pregnancy leave:
