Temporary Full-Time Employees. Pay and applicable benefits will be computed on a monthly, prorated monthly, or an hourly pay period pay status basis.
Temporary Full-Time Employees. All full-time temporary employees falling w ithin the scope of this agreement shall be entitled to the right s, benefit s, and w orking conditions of the Collective Agreement except as modified by this Article.
(a) The hiring of temporary employees shall not derogate from the requirement to f ill vacancies and new posit ions of a permanent nature as set out in Article 11 or the provisions of Article 9, Probationary Period.
(b) All temporary employees shall pay Union dues from their initial date of employment.
(c) A temporary employee shall be entitled to apply for salary or w age competitions in the same manner as any employee of the Corporation.
(d) The w ord “ service” , w hen used in this Art icle, refers to actual paid t ime w orked w ith the Employer.
(e) This Article applies to salaried posit ions only. How ever, the parties acknow ledge that there may be specif ic w age replacement sit uations w here the replacement procedures set out in Article 27 .6 and 12.6 w ill not adequately address the need for a replacement employee. In these circumst ances the Employer may hire a new temporary probationary w age employee in accordance w ith Clause 27.6 and 12.6.
34.2 Temporary employees are employed for a specified period of t ime for any of the follow ing reasons:
(i) to replace an employee w ho is absent from their subst antive posit ion on any leave authorized under this agreement for a period in excess of thirty (30) days;
(ii) to replace an employee w ho is absent from their subst antive posit ion temporarily in order to f ill a temporary assignment under the terms of this Article;
(iii) to w ork in a specif ic t ime limited project of an experimental nature so the Employer can determine if such w ork or project should be continued on an ongoing basis;
(iv) to provide short -term limited assistance to the regular w ork force for extraordinary or peak w orkload requirements provided the peak w orkload requirement itself w ill not exceed six (6) months.
(v) to fill vacancies for up to 18 months in those affected positions of w hich the Union has received notice of the introduction or implementation of organizational or technological change in accordance w ith Article 25.
34.3 If the Employer considers that a temporary requirement w ill last six (6) months or more, it w ill be post ed as a temporary posit ion and f illed in accordance w ith Article 11 of the Collective Agreement.

Temporary Full-Time Employees. For the purpose of this section, all Temporary Full‐Time Employees hired by the Employer shall have worked for the Employer at least fifteen (15) days in the thirty (30) calendar day period immediately prior to General Holidays.
Temporary Full-Time Employees. Temporary full-time employees will be allowed to select clothing items on the Clothing Order Form up to the value of 60% of the total points allowed to full-time employees. Temporary full-time employees will return any clothing issued to them in accordance with this article upon completion of their temporary employment.
Temporary Full-Time Employees a. Temporary full-time employees are those part-time employees replacing regular full-time employees for a short period of time due to pregnancy/parental leaves, sickness and other leaves of absence of full-time employees. Such temporary full-time employees will continue to be classified as a part-time employee for the purposes of this Collective Agreement.
b. Students and probationary employees are excluded from applying for temporary full-time positions.
Temporary Full-Time Employees. All Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be provided with benefits on the same basis as they are provided to Regular Full-Time Employees, except that no Temporary Full- Time Employee shall be entitled to dental coverage or coverage under the Pension (Municipal) Act until the employee has been employed continuously for twelve (12) months.
Temporary Full-Time Employees. Also included in Exhibit I is SSN’s hiring and staffing plan (the “Hiring Plan (Temporary Employees)”) for temporary, full-time employees that will perform installation and professional Services hereunder. SSN shall (i) meet the timeframe in the Hiring Plan (Temporary Employees) for hiring and staffing such temporary, full-time employees and (ii) employ no fewer than *** of the San Antonio, Texas workforce in temporary, full-time jobs in the areas of installation and professional Services provided to Customer hereunder in accordance with the hiring schedule set forth in the Hiring Plan (Temporary Employees). The obligation of SSN set forth in this Section 4.2.2 shall, for the avoidance of doubt, be independent of any obligation of SSN set forth in Section 4.2.1. Customer agrees and acknowledges that the number of temporary, full time jobs required by this Section 4.2.2 is subject to adjustment if there is any extension or substantial delay of the timeline set forth in the Project Schedule. Any such adjustment may be effected only with Customer’s approval, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
Temporary Full-Time Employees. Effective 2004 September 14:
(a) A record shall be kept of all straight-time hours worked by or paid to a Temporary Full-Time Employee and such hours shall be accumulated provided the employee has not had a break in service of greater than one (1)
Temporary Full-Time Employees. Temporary employee means an employee who is hired when a vacancy is created due to illness, leave or leave of absence, or where there is a specific task of a definite term to be The Gallery recognizes that the hiring of temporary employees will in no way circumvent the creation of regular positions. Neither shall temporary employees from outside the bargaining unit be hired where employees under this Collective Agreement are on lay off and are willing and have the required and ability to perform the work available.
Temporary Full-Time Employees i) Temporary full-time employees are those employees who have been hired to work the regular number of hours in the hiring department but for a specified period of time of twenty- four (24) continuous months or less or as replacements for the employees absent due to illness or injury or leaves of absence (including any resulting backfills) under this Collective Agreement. Extensions beyond twenty-four (24) months will be discussed with the Union on a case-by-case basis and will require the mutual agreement of the parties in writing and shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Region agrees to provide on a quarterly basis to the union a list of all temporary employees and the employee/position that they are filling.
ii) Temporary full-time employees will not have recourse to the grievance or arbitration procedures when their temporary employment is terminated for any reason. Seniority provisions of this Agreement shall not apply, except that in the event an employee in this category is successful in obtaining employment in this bargaining unit, on successful completion of the probationary period specified in article 8.01 A), seniority will be calculated from the date of temporary hire.
iii) Temporary full-time employees shall not be entitled to bumping rights.
iv) Temporary full-time employees hired to work the regular number of hours for a specified period of time greater than six (6) continuous months but less than twelve (12) are eligible for:
i) Eight percent (8%) in lieu of benefits
ii) Five (5) paid personal days a year (prorated). These will cover days such as sick, religious observance, family days, etc.
iii) Bereavement Leave

v) Temporary full-time employees shall pay union dues in accordance with Article 4.01 of the Collective Agreement.
vi) Except as noted above, all other aspects of the Collective Agreement apply to employees designated as temporary full-time. Temporary full-time employees hired to work the regular number of hours for a specified period of time greater than twelve months (12) continuous months but less than twenty four (24) are eligible for:
i) $ 4500.00 health care spending account
ii) Life insurance of $10,000 subject to the terms and conditions of the Carrier.
iii) six (6) paid personal days a year (prorated). These will cover days such as sick, religious observance, family days, etc.
