Temporary Full-Time Employees. Pay and applicable benefits will be computed on a monthly, prorated monthly, or an hourly pay period pay status basis.
Temporary Full-Time Employees. For the purpose of this section, all Temporary Full‐Time Employees hired by the Employer shall have worked for the Employer at least fifteen (15) days in the thirty (30) calendar day period immediately prior to General Holidays.
Temporary Full-Time Employees. All full-time temporary employees falling w ithin the scope of this agreement shall be entitled to the right s, benefit s, and w orking conditions of the Collective Agreement except as modified by this Article.
Temporary Full-Time Employees a. Temporary full-time employees are those part-time employees replacing regular full-time employees for a short period of time due to pregnancy/parental leaves, sickness and other leaves of absence of full-time employees. Such temporary full-time employees will continue to be classified as a part-time employee for the purposes of this Collective Agreement.
Temporary Full-Time Employees. Temporary full-time employees will be allowed to select clothing items on the Clothing Order Form up to the value of 60% of the total points allowed to full-time employees. Temporary full-time employees will return any clothing issued to them in accordance with this article upon completion of their temporary employment.
Temporary Full-Time Employees. 4.01 Temporary full-time employee means an employee who is hired when a vacancy is created due to illness, pregnancy/parental leave or leave of absence, or where there is a specific task of a definite term to be performed. The Gallery recognizes that the hiring of temporary employees will in no way circumvent the creation of regular positions. Neither shall temporary employees from outside the Bargaining Unit be hired where employees under this Collective Agreement are on lay off and are willing and have the required skills and ability to perform the work available.
Temporary Full-Time Employees. All Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be provided with benefits on the same basis as they are provided to Regular Full-Time Employees, except that no Temporary Full- Time Employee shall be entitled to dental coverage or coverage under the Municipal Pension Plan until the employee has been employed continuously for twelve (12) months.
Temporary Full-Time Employees. Also included in Exhibit I is SSN’s hiring and staffing plan (the “Hiring Plan (Temporary Employees)”) for temporary, full-time employees that will perform installation and professional Services hereunder. SSN shall (i) meet the timeframe in the Hiring Plan (Temporary Employees) for hiring and staffing such temporary, full-time employees and (ii) employ no fewer than *** of the San Antonio, Texas workforce in temporary, full-time jobs in the areas of installation and professional Services provided to Customer hereunder in accordance with the hiring schedule set forth in the Hiring Plan (Temporary Employees). The obligation of SSN set forth in this Section 4.2.2 shall, for the avoidance of doubt, be independent of any obligation of SSN set forth in Section 4.2.1. Customer agrees and acknowledges that the number of temporary, full time jobs required by this Section 4.2.2 is subject to adjustment if there is any extension or substantial delay of the timeline set forth in the Project Schedule. Any such adjustment may be effected only with Customer’s approval, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Temporary Full-Time Employees i) Temporary full-time employees are those employees who have been hired to work the regular number of hours in the hiring department but for a specified period of time of twenty- four (24) continuous months or less or as replacements for the employees absent due to illness or injury or leaves of absence (including any resulting backfills) under this Collective Agreement. Extensions beyond twenty-four (24) months will be discussed with the Union on a case-by-case basis and will require the mutual agreement of the parties in writing and shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Region agrees to provide on a quarterly basis to the union a list of all temporary employees and the employee/position that they are filling.
