Pregnancy, Parental and Adoptive Leave Benefits. (a) While an Employee is on pregnancy, parental or adoptive leave, an Employee shall continue to accrue and accumulate seniority credits for the duration of the leave and his/her seniority shall be deemed to be continuous.
