Preliminary Geometric Project Layout. The Engineer shall develop a preliminary geometric project layout (Layout) for the full length of the project to be reviewed and approved by the State prior to the Engineer proceeding with the 30% milestone submittal package. The Layout must consist of a planimetric file of existing features and the proposed improvements within the existing and any proposed ROW. The Layout must also include the following features: existing and proposed ROW, existing and proposed horizontal and vertical alignment and profile grade line, cross culverts, lane widths, cross slopes, ditch slopes, pavement structure, clear zone, dedicated right turn lanes, corner clips, retaining walls (if applicable) guard rail (if applicable), and water surface elevations for various rainfall frequencies, etc. Existing major subsurface and surface utilities must be shown on the Layout. The Engineer shall develop the proposed alignment to avoid the relocation of existing utilities as much as possible. The Engineer shall consider Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements when developing the Layout. The Layout must be prepared in accordance with the current Roadway Design Manual. The Engineer shall provide horizontal and vertical alignment of the project layout in English units for main lanes and cross streets. Minor alignment alternatives must be considered to provide for an optimal design. The project layout must be coordinated with the State and adjacent Engineers, if any. The Engineer shall also provide proposed and existing typical sections with the profile grade line (PGL), lane widths, cross slopes, ROW lines, ditch shapes, pavement structures and clear zones depicted, etc. Prior to proceeding with the final preliminary geometric layout the Engineer shall also present to the State for review and approval, alternatives for the design (e.g. flush or raised curb median) with recommendations and cost estimates for each alternative. The Engineer shall also attend all necessary meetings to discuss the outcome of the evaluations of the study.

  • Construction Progress Schedule A schedule indicating proposed activity sequences and durations, milestone dates for receipt and approval of pertinent information, preparation, submittal, and processing of Shop Drawings and Samples, delivery of materials or equipment requiring long-lead time procurement, and proposed date(s) of Material Completion and Occupancy and Final Completion. The schedule will be developed to represent the sixteen or seventeen CSI Specification Divisions. It shall have a minimum number of activities as required to adequately represent to Owner the complete scope of work and define the Project’s critical path and associated activities.   • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Project Summary The main objective of the LIFE GAIA Sense project is to demonstrate gaiasense, an innovative “Smart Farming” (SF) solution that aims at reducing the consumption of natural resources, as a way to protect the environment and support Circular Economy (CE) models. More specifically, this project will launch 18 demonstrators across Greece, Spain and Portugal covering 9 crops (olives, peaches, cotton, pistachio, potatoes, table tomatoes, industrial tomatoes, grapes, kiwi) in various terrain and microclimatic conditions. They will demonstrate an innovative method, based on high-end technology, which is suitable for being replicated and will be accessible and affordable to Farmers either as individuals or collectively through Agricultural Cooperatives. Moreover, LIFE GAIA Sense aims to promote resource efficiency practices in SMEs of the agricultural sector and eventually, contribute to the implementation of the Roadmap to a Resource Efficient Europe. This project will demonstrate a method on how the farmer will be able to decide either to use or avoid inputs (irrigation, fertilizers, pesticides etc.) in a most efficient way, without risking the annual production. The focus is on the resource consumption reduction side of CE, and the results will be both qualitatively and quantitatively, considering the resources’ efficiency in agricultural sector.

  • Site Plan It is Licensee’s responsibility before signing this Agreement to ensure that the Site Plan correctly shows the work that Licensee intends to perform, that the Site Plan correctly shows all improvements and equipment that Licensee intends be located on the Use Areas, that the Site Plan shows no work, improvements or equipment outside the Exclusive Areas and Shared Areas properly depicted and labeled on the Boundary Plan, and that all work, improvements and equipment is encompassed within the purposes enumerated in the Standard Terms for that particular Exclusive Area or Shared Area. Any work, improvements or equipment not conforming to all the foregoing is prohibited, even if it is clearly shown on the Site Plan or discussed in the Standard Terms. Any refinement or other change to the Site Plan after Licensor executes this Agreement is void unless Licensee obtains Licensee’s approval of the change pursuant to the plans approval processes set out in the Standard Terms and pursuant to all applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Design Development Phase INDICATE IN STATEMENT OF WORK “NOT APPLICABLE” IF SECTION IS NOT APPLICABLE 1.1.6.1. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall prepare from the approved Schematic Design Studies, the Design Development Documents consisting of drawings (including at least architectural, landscaping, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical plans, building sections; and finish schedule), outline specifications following the Construction Specification Institute "CSI" Format and other necessary documents to fix and describe the size and character of the entire Project as to its site, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, materials and other such essentials as may be appropriate, for and until approved by the State. 1.1.6.2. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall conduct meetings with the State, Efficiency Vermont, and relevant members of the design team, to review the Design Development Documents for the purposes of furthering the energy efficiency objectives of the Project. 1.1.6.3. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall prepare for the State a revised accounting of how the Project is responding to LEED criteria. 1.1.6.4. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall submit to the State a revised Statement of Probable Construction Cost based thereon for and until approved by the State.

  • Project Completion Report At the completion of construction and once a Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit.

  • Notice to Proceed - Site Improvements The Recipient shall not commence, or cause to be commenced, any site improvements or other work on the Land until the Director has issued a Notice to Proceed to the Recipient. Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and has completed any land acquisition required by the Project. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all Project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.

  • Access to Project Site Redeveloper shall permit the representatives of the City to enter Project Site at any and all reasonable times, as the City may deem necessary for the purposes of this Redevelopment Agreement, including but not limited to work and inspection of all work being performed in connection with the construction of the Redeveloper Improvements. Similarly, the City shall permit Redeveloper such entry upon the public rights of way for such purposes. No compensation shall be payable nor shall any charges be made in any form by any party for the access or inspection provided for in this Section. The City’s right of access granted under this Section shall terminate upon issuance by the City of the Redeveloper’s Certificate of Completion of Redeveloper Improvements. Notwithstanding the above, Redeveloper shall not be relieved of the provisions contained in Chapter 14.29 of the Lincoln Municipal Code regarding the use of streets for private construction purposes.
