Premium Service Package. 4.3.1. The prerequisite for using the Premium Service Package is the valid consent given by You to Geneto for the processing of Your Genetic Data and performing a Genetic Test. We cannot provide You our Services under the Premium Service Package, if we do not have Your valid consent to process Your Genetic Data. Upon withdrawal of the consent, the subscription agreement concluded for the use of the Premium Service Package will automatically terminate. If You withdraw Your consent and we have to terminate the subscription agreement, we will not return the subscription fee You have paid.

Premium Service Package. The Services include a Premium Service Package (the “Premium Service Package”) which is available to you with payment of a Fee (as defined below) for a Paid Service Period (as defined below). The Services include the Client Software Update Service, Online Survey Service and Offline Survey Service providing the abilty to produce and distribute unlimited Online Surveys and Offline Surveys without limits as to the total combined number of Online Survey Responses and Offline Survey Responses for each survey created by you using the SurveyGold Client Software (the "Basis Survey") which can contain unlimited questions. The Field Surveyor Network Management Service and Field Survey Response Recording and Delivery Service are included in the Premium Service Package. The Shared Responses Survey Subscriber Network Management Service, Shared Responses Survey Delivery Service and Team User Management Service are not included in the Premium Service Package. All SurveyGold Client Software features disabled in the Basic Service Package are enabled in the Premium Service Package.

  • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Weekend Premium Pay Any nurse who works on a weekend shall receive four dollars ($4.00) per hour premium pay for each hour worked on the weekend in addition to the nurse’s regular rate of pay. Weekend premium pay shall not be included in the nurse’s regular rate of pay for overtime pay calculations, unless required by the Fair Labor Standards Act. The weekend shall be defined as all hours between 11:00 p.m. Friday and 11:00 p. m. Sunday.

  • -wire Unbundled Digital/DS0 Loop These are designed 4-wire Loops that may be configured as 64kbps, 56kbps, 19kbps, and other sub-rate speeds associated with digital data services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR.

  • Unbundled Digital Loops 2.3.1 BellSouth will offer Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL). UDLs are service specific, will be designed, will be provisioned with test points (where appropriate), and will come standard with OC and a DLR. The various UDLs are intended to support a specific digital transmission scheme or service.

  • Service Updates Our Services may automatica ly download and insta l updates to your computer system from time to time and you hereby permit and consent to same. Updates are genera ly developed to improve our Services, including by providing enhanced functionality, bug fixes, and new software.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Customer Service Support During the Term of this Agreement, VNDS will provide reasonable telephone and e-mail customer service support to Registrar, not Registered Name Holder or prospective customers of Registrar, for nontechnical issues solely relating to the System and its operation. VNDS will provide Registrar with a telephone number and e-mail address for such support during implementation of the Supported Protocol, APIs and Software. First-level telephone support will be available on a 7-day/24-hour basis. VNDS will provide a web-based customer service capability in the future and such web-based support will become the primary method of customer service support to Registrar at such time.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):
