PREPARATION WORK. 10.1. During the preparation and construction period of the Joint Venture, a preparation group should be set up directly under the Board of Directors, which shall consist of three (3) persons, one (1) from Party A and two (2) from Party B. A group leader shall be recommended by Party B, and a deputy group leader by Party A. The group leader and deputy group leader should be appointed by the Board of Directors.

PREPARATION WORK. The activities of the local service contractor for this phase involve:  The scoping stage will involve consultative meetings with key partners, namely the representatives of CzDA and GIZ, to define the objective of the Strategy and understand the main goals of this assignment  The researching stage will involve collecting various documents and contextual information to understand well and eventually identify the specific issues to be addressed while working, international practices on how the quality infrastructure topic is communicated in other countries with similar context to Georgia.  The analyzing stage will involve a desk or any research on the contractor's side. Further, individual/group interviews with key stakeholders and partners should be conducted to familiarize them with the whole environment, audience, and conceptual analysis. This will help establish a clear, detailed, and realistic picture of the opportunities, resources, challenges, and barriers regarding elaborating a Communication Strategy and respective Action Plan. Phase (II): Development of a Project’s Overall Communication Strategy and a Respective Communication Action Plan The activities of the local service contractor for this phase involve:  Based on the results of the scoping, researching, and analyzing stages, which will also involve analysis of the information landscape in Georgia regarding the project topic, the service provider should start drafting a Communication Strategy of the project. The Strategy will set the tone and direction for all communication activities, key messages, target groups and products, enabling all key stakeholders and partners to move forward with unified actions and one voice.  The Strategy's launching stage will envisage the strategy's presentation for final validation from CzDA and GIZ.  After getting approval for the Strategy, the contractor should elaborate a Communication Action Plan for the whole project, which, in phase III, should be extended with Communication Action Plans as annexes for the two Awareness-raising campaigns on CzDA’s and XXX’x sides separately. Content of a Communication Strategy The contractor is expected to conduct the initial scoping and researching process, analyze and evaluate key stakeholders' content and needs, and review the received inputs.   • Preparation Awarded vendor shall not begin a project for which TIPS Member has not prepared the site, unless awarded vendor does the preparation work at no cost, or until TIPS Member includes the cost of site preparation in a purchase order. Site preparation includes, but is not limited to: moving furniture, installing wiring for networks or power, and similar pre-installation requirements. Registered sex offender restrictions: For work to be performed at schools, awarded vendor agrees that no employee of a sub-contractor who has been adjudicated to be a registered sex offender will perform work at any time when students are, or reasonably expected to be, present. Awarded vendor agrees that a violation of this condition shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the purchase order at the TIPS Member’s discretion. Awarded vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety measures: Awarded vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Awarded vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage.

  • Production Work The Company may use Outside Entities to perform production work outside the plant and its environs provided the Company demonstrates that it is utilizing plant equipment to the maximum extent consistent with equipment capability and customer requirements and the Company is making necessary capital investments to remain competitive in the steel business and is in compliance with Article Eleven, Section B (Investment Commitment).

  • Site Preparation Axon will provide a hardcopy or digital copy of current user documentation for the Axon Devices ("User Documentation"). User Documentation will include all required environmental specifications for the professional services and Axon Devices to operate per the Axon Device User Documentation. Before installation of Axon Devices (whether performed by Customer or Axon), Customer must prepare the location(s) where Axon Devices are to be installed ("Installation Site") per the environmental specifications in the Axon Device User Documentation. Following installation, Customer must maintain the Installation Site per the environmental specifications. If Axon modifies Axon Device User Documentation for any Axon Devices under this Agreement, Axon will provide the update to Customer when Axon generally releases it

  • Joint Preparation The preparation of this Agreement has been a joint effort of the parties and the resulting documents shall not, solely as a matter of judicial construction, be construed more severely against one of the parties than the other.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer's installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. If the Interconnection Customer is not proceeding under Section 2.3.2, the Utility must be given at least ten (10) Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.

  • Development Activities The Development activities referred to in item “b” of paragraph 3.1 include: studies and projects of implementation of the Production facilities; drilling and completion of the Producing and injection xxxxx; and installation of equipment and vessels for extraction, collection, Treatment, storage, and transfer of Oil and Gas. The installation referred to in item “c” includes, but is not limited to, offshore platforms, pipelines, Oil and Gas Treatment plants, equipment and facilities for measurement of the inspected Production, wellhead equipment, production pipes, flow lines, tanks, and other facilities exclusively intended for extraction, as well as oil and gas pipelines for Production Outflow and their respective compressor and pumping stations.

  • Project Completion The Contractor agrees to schedule a final job walk with the County. If required, the County will prepare a list of incomplete items, the “Punch List”. The Contractor agrees to complete the “Punch List” corrections and schedule a final project completion job walk. The County will sign the “Punch List” as completed when determined, the project is finished. The Contractor agrees to submit the following along with its final payment request:
