PREPAYMENT OF FEES. The Member does not pay co-payments, deductibles, or fees for Plan. All fees are paid by Group.
PREPAYMENT OF FEES. Conferences and/or institute fees that exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be prepaid by the Intermediate School District. Employees shall submit a detailed estimate of expenses to the School Board one (1) month in advance. The School Board shall authorize prepayment for transportation, meals, lodging and registration fees. A statement of actual costs, accompanied by receipts, shall be submitted with the next expense voucher so that any difference between the estimated cost advanced and actual expenditure can be corrected.
PREPAYMENT OF FEES. As a prepayment of Transaction Fees and Licensing Fees owed pursuant to the foregoing subsections, e-centives shall make nonrefundable (except as provided in Section 10.4) payments of $250,000 promptly following the Effective Date and $14,583.33 on each monthly anniversary of the Launch Date (the "Prepayments"). e-centives shall not be obligated to pay any further Transaction Fees or Licensing Fees to ZDNet so long as ZDNet's aggregate share of Transaction Fees and Licensing Fees does not exceed the cumulative amount of the Prepayments to ZDNet pursuant to this subsection. If the amount of the Transaction Fees or License Fees owed as of a particular date as calculated in Sections 8.1 or 8.2 above is less than the Prepayments made as of such date, no refund of any Prepayment shall be owed.
PREPAYMENT OF FEES. Developer may elect to prepay all or any portion of the Impact Fees applicable to the Project at the rate in effect at the time of payment, provided that Developer may not seek and shall not be eligible for reimbursement of any Impact Fee so paid in the event that Developer does not proceed with the applicable portions of the Project.
PREPAYMENT OF FEES. No Member shall be obligated in any way to pay for services rendered by The Plan in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including the payment of any Premiums, Prepayment Fees, deductibles, copayments, or co-insurance. By statute, every contract between The Plan and its Plan Providers provides that in the event that The Plan fails to pay the Plan Provider, the Member shall not be liable to that Plan Provider for any sums owed by The Plan. If The Plan fails to pay a non-Plan Provider, the Member could be liable for any sums owed by The Plan.
PREPAYMENT OF FEES. Upon execution of this Agreement, the Fund will prepay one (1) month's minimum fee under this Agreement, computed in accordance with the number of Funds listed in Schedule B of this Agreement.
