Preservation of Order. The District shall make every reasonable effort to provide a safe and healthful environment for students and employees. The District will call upon other agencies such as the police, the courts and social services to help preserve the health and safety of all persons involved in a school situation. To attain these goals, the District agrees to the following provisions:
Preservation of Order. The Hirer is responsible for the preservation of good order during the letting; any immoral or lewd behaviour will not be accepted or condoned. The Hirer is responsible for any damage incurred to the school property or Premises in consequence of the letting. In the event of such occurrence, the Hirer will be responsible for any repair or replacement costs.
Preservation of Order. The hirer shall be responsible for the maintenance and preservation of good order in the premises and in the approaches thereto throughout the whole duration of the hiring. The hirer must remain in attendance throughout the hire period and is responsible for centre security, safety of guests and supervision of all activities. Where, in the opinion of Council's Officers, that noise is excessive, Council reserves the right to have the noise level reduced or ceased, including cessation of the function or event if deemed necessary.
Preservation of Order. 46. The hirer shall not cause nuisance or annoyance to the occupiers of any neighbouring premises.
Preservation of Order. The hirer shall not permit any drunk and disorderly contact to take place on the premises. No unlawful gaming shall take place on the premises and the distribution of cash prizes or any announcement thereof is strictly prohibited.
