Press Releases and Promotional Materials. Each party shall submit to the other party any marketing, advertising, press releases, or other promotional materials that use the other party’s names, logos, or other identifying marks for approval before the first use of such materials. Each party shall comply with the other party’s standards for the appearance of such party’s names, logos, or other identifying marks as provided in writing from time to time, and shall make any reasonable changes in such use requested by the other party.

Press Releases and Promotional Materials. The City may issue press releases or other promotional materials describing in general terms the terms of this Agreement. The City shall also provide Goldbelt with copies of all publications produced in conjunction with the Project.

You may use such advertising and/or Promotional Material only upon the terms and conditions expressly stated by ETX beforehand and in writing from time to time in accordance with the terms set out in this Agreement. You may not modify or delete any such Promotional Material it uses without the prior, express and written consent of ETX. 14.3 In the event that ETX gives notice to you requesting that you modify or terminate an advertising campaign or change or remove certain content of your Website, you shall be obligated to terminate immediately such advertising campaign and/or, as the case may be, promptly change or remove the relevant content from your Website. 14.4 Except for the Marketing Materials, you may not create, publish, distribute, or allow any written material that references ETX in any way without our prior written consent.

At the time of contract renewal contractor will furnish OSP with an updated dealer list and published price list.

  • Press Releases and Communications No press release or public announcement related to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated herein or any other announcement or communication to the employees, purchasers, or suppliers of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries shall be issued or made by any party hereto without the joint approval of Buyer and the Sellers, unless required by applicable Laws (in the reasonable opinion of counsel) in which case Buyer and the Sellers shall have the right to review and provide suggested comments concerning the disclosure contained in such press release, announcement or communication prior to issuance, distribution or publication.
