Pressing Necessity Leave. ‘Pressing necessity’ leave of up to three (3) days per year charged to sick leave will be granted to employees, at the discretion of their supervisor, to deal with urgent matters that may occur under unusual circumstances and that may include but are not limited to unforeseeable events such as fire or accidents, more dramatic personal or family situations, etc.
