Price Due Date. The Price shall be due for payment on the basis of the issuance of an Invoice by the Provider as of the last day of the calendar month for which the Price is being charged at the earliest. A breakdown of the services invoiced (number of flights made) must form an attachment to the Invoice. The Invoice is payable within 30 days from the date it is issued by the Provider. The User undertakes to pay the invoiced Price by bank transfer to the Provider’s account as indicated in the header of this Agreement or the account specified in the Supplemental Agreement; for purposes of this Agreement, the Provider’s number assigned to this Agreement represents the variable symbol.

Price Due Date. All prices of the goods include the respective valid VAT of the Republic of Austria. Any other costs, e.g. charges for shipping and packaging, are not included in the prices of the goods and will be indicated separately. The prices valid on the day of the order date shall be deemed to apply respectively. The purchase price shall become due and payable upon order of the goods; only in case of collection of the items by the customer shall the purchase price become due upon collection. The payment shall only be deemed to have been affected, when Hamlitsch can dispose over the amount.

Price Due Date. 7.1 The Company expressly represents that the prices of the Goods or services stated in the Company´s official catalog effective upon the order date of the Goods are the prices determined upon the date of printing the catalog, and so they can be different from the current prices of the Company´s Goods or services. An effective pricelist of the Company´s Goods and services shall be always available at the Company´s web site. The Company agrees to inform the Customer about the current price of the ordered Goods or services in connection with receipt of an order, and in the case that the current price is different from the published price, the Purchase Agreement may be concluded only after the purchase price amount is confirmed by the Customer.

  • MINIMUM MONTHLY PAYMENT We will mail you a statement every month if your account has a balance. You agree that you will pay each month not less than the minimum monthly payment by the payment due date.   • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday.

  • Thirty Day Payments Upon receipt of a billing statement that complies with all invoice requirements set forth in this Article, the State shall make a good faith effort to pay the amount which is due and payable within thirty (30) days.

  • Minimum Call-Back Time An employee who is called in and required to work outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates unless the call-in is immediately prior to their normal work day, in which case there should be no minimum.
