Shipping and Packaging. 1. The item(s) will be prepared and packaged by the Borrower in containers that provide adequate physical support and protection. 2. The Borrower shall return the item(s) in the same packaging, unless otherwise directed by the ATPL, and shall use its best efforts to protect the item(s) from undue environmental fluctuations during transport and storage. 3. The Borrower is solely responsible for all costs of shipping the item(s) from the ATPL to the Borrower’s location and back to the ATPL.
Shipping and Packaging. Delivery shall be made Delivered At Place (D.A.P) to the Delivery Location in accordance with Incoterms 2020. Unless specified otherwise in the Order Acknowledgment or Quote the Supplier shall utilize the packaging ordinarily utilized by the Supplier in its standard practice. All freight, insurance and other shipping expenses, as well as any special packing expenses requested by the Buyer not expressly included in the Quote shall be paid by Customer.
Shipping and Packaging. Delivery shall be made in accordance with the terms of this Order. The Order number must appear on all documents pertaining to this Order, invoices, packing lists, correspondence and all shipping documents. Unless otherwise authorized by Xxxxx in writing, Seller shall not substitute material or ship more than the quantity ordered. If Seller ships more than the quantity ordered by Buyer pursuant to this Order, Buyer may elect, within Xxxxx’s sole discretion, to accept the excess Goods in accordance with the terms of this Order or to reject such excess Goods. Seller shall be solely responsible for making all arrangements for the return to Seller of all excess Goods rejected by Xxxxx and for all costs and expenses associated with the return of all such excess Goods to Seller. Seller shall be solely responsible for and pay all costs of delivering the Goods to the Delivery Location, including, without limitation, all shipping and freight costs and all duties, fees, tariffs or similar analogous taxes on imports/exports of the Goods (“Customs Duties”). Seller will take all reasonable steps to minimize Customs Duties costs. Seller will preserve, pack, package and handle the Goods so as to protect the Goods from loss or damage and in accordance with best commercial practices in the absence of any specifications Buyer may provide. Seller must provide Buyer prior written notice if Seller requires Buyer to return any packaging material and any such returns shall be made at Seller’s expense.
Shipping and Packaging. 7.1. Supplier shall send a detailed shipping notice for each individual shipment on the day of dispatch, separately from the delivery items and invoice. The delivery has to be accompanied by a delivery slip and shipping list. In case of shipment by boat, the name of the shipping line and of the vessel shall be stated in the shipping documents and the invoice. Supplier shall choose the most favourable and suitable means of transportation for Buyer. All shipping notices, delivery slips, shipping lists, freight documents, invoices, and the exterior packaging etc., shall state in full the order references and details of the place of unloading as prescribed by Xxxxx. 7.2. The delivery items shall be properly packed according to custom and usage and shall be suitable for transport by land and water. Supplier shall bear all costs for packaging, including the costs for any return transport of packaging materials, loaned receptacles, containers etc.. 7.3. As a matter of principle, Supplier shall pack, label and ship hazardous products according to nationally/internationally applicable provisions. In addition to the hazard class, the accompanying documents shall also contain further information as determined by the respective transport regulations. 7.4. Supplier shall be liable for damages and shall bear the costs arising from non-compliance with these regulations, unless he proves that he is not responsible for the event giving rise to liability. In this respect, he is also responsible for compliance of these transport regulations by his sub-suppliers. 7.5. All shipments which cannot be accepted due to non-compliance of these regulations will be stored at Supplier’s expense and risk. Xxxxx is entitled to ascertain the contents and condition of such shipments. It is not permitted to load tools and equipment together with the delivery items.
Shipping and PackagingShipping terms shall be FCA Vendor’s facility, in accordance with INCOTERMS 2020, unless otherwise stated on the face of the Purchase Order. All bills of lading, packing lists and other shipping documents must be provided to Voith. No charges for cartage, blocking, packing, drayage, demurrage, boxing or crating will be allowed unless agreed to in writing by Voith. All shipments must be adequately boxed or crated with any special handling instructions clearly marked and the contents protected to prevent damage in transit and, in the case of export shipments, must be waterproofed and packaged to meet all export requirements and standards. Voith’s purchase order number must appear conspicuously on each package, box, crate or other type of container. Packaging must meet any applicable sanitary and phyto-sanitary requirements of the country of destination and transit and be free of infestation by insects, microorganisms, and other pests. Material for two or more Voith locations must be packaged separately and marked accordingly. Local and warehouse shipments of steel and bar stock shall be marked or tagged in a manner sufficient to permit prompt identification upon receipt. Shipping documents in duplicate and a separate invoice in triplicate for each shipment must be mailed to Voith. When material is invoiced by Vendor but shipped by another entity, the invoice shall bear the name of the shipper and the point from which shipment originated. All shipments must contain packing lists giving description of material quantity and Purchase Order number. Shipments shall be routed as requested by Voith.
Shipping and Packaging. The delivery point for all items to be delivered by Diosynth under this Subcontract shall be FCA, Diosynth’s Facility. Diosynth shall package for shipment and ship all items at PharmAthene’s expense and in accordance with PharmAthene’s written instructions, with PharmAthene bearing all packaging, shipping and insurance charges during transit. Diosynth shall retain representative samples for record keeping, testing and regulatory purposes. Diosynth shall notify PharmAthene in writing when each lot of Product Deliverables is ready to be released as described in Article 10 of the Quality Agreement, and PharmAthene shall arrange for each lot of Product Deliverables to be shipped within thirty (30) days after PharmAthene provides release documentation such as a Certificate of Conformance, or similar, as described in Article 10 of the Quality Agreement. In the event of any delay by PharmAthene in providing release documentation or shipping for one or more lots of Product Deliverables that is not the fault of Diosynth, the Parties acknowledge and agree that title and risk of loss for each such lot of Product Deliverables shall automatically transfer to (and be assumed by) PharmAthene effective upon expiration of the applicable thirty (30) day period.

Shipping and Packaging. 3.7.1 The Contractor shall clean, preserve, package, pack and mark all equipment procured hereunder in accordance with "Level B Packaging and Packing" of Military Specification MIL-STD-2073-1E or the latest revision as of the date of the Contract.
Shipping and Packaging. All Assay Components delivered hereunder will be labeled conspicuously "FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY NOT FOR USE IN DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURES" and "NOT FOR USE IN AGRICULTURAL APPLICATIONS". All Assay Components will be packaged in standard packaging and shipped courier, freight and insurance pre-paid to an address for ABG Biosystems Japan Ltd., a subsidiary of ABG , ("ABG Japan") in Japan as designated by ABG . ABG shall be responsible for ensuring that ABG Japan clears the Assay Components through Japanese customs and delivers the Assay Components to Dr. Xxxxxxxx xx others associated with the Japanese SNP Initiative. Furthermore, ABG shall be responsible for ensuring that ABG Japan collects amounts due from Dr. Xxxxxxxx xxxh respect to Assay Components provided hereunder.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for the Core article, including shipping from Customer to Company or a repair facility, from Company to a repair facility, and from Company to Customer. Customer shall ensure that the Core is packed and marked (including notice of hazardous substances) in accordance with industry standards and complies with applicable laws and carrier requirements. Customer shall pack the Core in accordance with ATA Spec 300 or equivalent, or use JALUX AMERICAS specified packaging when so stated on the Exchange Agreement. D. In the event flammable, toxic or volatile materials are to be shipped, they shall be packaged in a safe manner per manufacturer’s instructions, local regulations or Dangerous Goods regulations as applicable. E. If Customer uses wood packaging material, then such material shall comply with ISPM#15 and its marking requirements when applicable.
