Primary School Students not use mobile phone during the school day. The school will not be responsible for any unauthorised access or use of a student’s mobile. It is not recommended that students bring mobile phones to school. However, should they choose to, they do so at their own risk. o Protect the privacy of others and never post or forward private information about another person using SMS, MMS or via social networking apps. o Only take photos and record sound or video when it is part of an approved lesson or when approval has been given by the teacher. o Seek permission from individuals involved before taking photos, recording sound or videoing them (including teachers). o Seek appropriate permission from individuals involved before publishing or sending photos, recorded sound or video to anyone else or to any online space such as live lessons or pre-recorded content. o Under no circumstances should students take photos, use filters, post photos, or create memes about their teachers or peers. This behaviour is unacceptable and will result in disciplinary consequences. o Be respectful in the photos they take or video they capture and never use these as a tool for bullying/intimidation. o Students must not use other devices at the same time as using their laptops during lessons. o Google Meet, Hangout chat, Zoom or any other similar services are to not take place during the school day unless instructed by their teacher. When borrowing school digital equipment, we understand it is the child’s responsibility to adhere to the below areas according to Pedia Greek School policy: o Meet the replacement costs if my child loses the digital equipment. o Store the item safely and ensure it is not damaged. If it is damaged, I will notify the relevant staff member and meet the costs of repair. o Ensure that the item returns in the condition it left. o Adhere to the duration of the loan.   • Insurance The Company and the Subsidiaries are insured by insurers of recognized financial responsibility against such losses and risks and in such amounts as are prudent and customary in the businesses in which the Company and the Subsidiaries are engaged, including, but not limited to, directors and officers insurance coverage. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has any reason to believe that it will not be able to renew its existing insurance coverage as and when such coverage expires or to obtain similar coverage from similar insurers as may be necessary to continue its business without a significant increase in cost.

  • Miscellaneous The Vendor acknowledges and agrees that continued participation in TIPS is subject to TIPS sole discretion and that any Vendor may be removed from the participation in the Program at any time with or without cause. Nothing in the Agreement or in any other communication between TIPS and the Vendor may be construed as a guarantee that TIPS or TIPS Members will submit any orders at any time. TIPS reserves the right to request additional proposals for items or services already on Agreement at any time.

  • Termination This Agreement may be terminated at any time prior to the Closing:

  • Severability Any provision of this Agreement that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof, and any such prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction.
