Primary Schools. (a) Assistant Principals (i) Primary schools shall appoint, in accordance with this Agreement and CECWA policy, an Assistant Principal (Religious Education) and an Assistant Principal (Administration). (ii) The allowances shall be as follows: From 1 September 2006 School enrolment (100-300) School enrolment (>300) From 1 February 2007 School enrolment (100-300) School enrolment (>300) From 1 August 2007 School enrolment (100-300) School enrolment (>300) From 1 February 2008 School enrolment (100-300) School enrolment (>300) (iii) In addition to the promotional position allowance, an Assistant Principal is also entitled to receive a Senior Teacher (Catholic Schools) allowance where eligible. (iv) In lieu of the provisions in this Agreement and the Award, an Assistant Principal may elect to sign a common law Deed of Agreement. Primary Special Responsibility Allowances (SRAs). (i) SRAs are not portable between Catholic schools. (ii) Schools shall be entitled to the following SRAs: From 1 September 2006 Enrolment SRAs Total <100 1 x $1,817 $1,817 100 – 300 2 x $1,817 $3,634 301+ 3 x $1,817 $5,451 From 1 February 2007 Enrolment SRAs Total <100 1 x $1,854 $1,854 100 – 300 2 x $1,854 $3,708 301+ 3 x $1,854 $5,562 From 1 August 2007 Enrolment SRAs Total <100 1 x $1,891 $1,891 100 – 300 2 x $1,891 $3,782 301+ 3 x $1,891 $5,673 From 1 February 2008 Enrolment SRAs Total <100 1 x $1,938 $1,938 100 – 300 2 x $1,938 $3,876 301+ 3 x $1,938 $5,814 (iii) In schools with enrolments less than 100 students, the whole SRA must be used for the person who is designated by the Principal to be the person-in-charge when the Principal is absent from the school. (iv) In schools with enrolments of 100 and greater, the Principal shall decide the number of positions (eg school with enrolment of 150 could have 4 SRAs at 50% allowance each), the duties associated with the position and the level of allowance in each school within the following parameters:
