Tentative Assignments. Employees shall be tentatively assigned to the same subject area and/or grade level for the forthcoming semester that they held during the previous semester, unless notified two weeks in advance for the second semester, or two weeks prior to the conclusion of an employee’s work calendar of the school year for the first semester that the assignment has changed. Employees shall be notified in writing as soon as any change is made in such tentative assignment. The Board agrees to provide the BTU one copy of the "out-of-field" report annually as required by F.S. 1012.42.
Tentative Assignments. Each teacher shall be given a tentative teaching assignment in 30 writing for the next school year prior to the last day of duty for the current year. This shall 31 consist of the school and grade level for elementary; school, grade level and department for 32 middle school; and school and department for high school to which the teacher is assigned.

Tentative Assignments. No later than April 15th, unit members holding at least a standard professional certificate will be given written notice by the principal as to tentative grade, subject, and school assignments for the forthcoming year.
Tentative Assignments. Principals shall furnish written tentative course assignments, including the number of sections, for the following year to all teachers by the last day of the second semester and a revised tentative schedule for those teachers affected seven (7) days prior to the beginning of the second semester. The schedule will state the teaching day and the number of sections of each subject to be taught. Should any subsequent changes be necessary, the principal or his/her/their designee will inform the teacher, the immediate supervisor and the union president in writing. The teacher will have the opportunity to discuss these changes with the principal or his/her/their designee.
Tentative Assignments. Employees should be notified in writing of their tentative assignment for the next school year on or about June 1st. Any change(s) made in the table of organization by the Board that leads to the elimination of positions within the bargaining unit shall be subject to discussion with the Union at least two (2) weeks prior to the contemplated change(s).
Tentative Assignments. By June 30 of the current school year support staff will be notified by the administration as to their tentative assignment for the coming school year. The support staff assignment is subject to change.
Tentative Assignments. 1. Paraprofessionals will be given notice of their tentative assignments for the subsequent school year by June 15. The tentative assignment shall be to the same classification and building to the extent possible, with hours being assigned in order of seniority. A paraprofessional, whose tentative assignment represents a reduction of two (2) or more hours per day, may use the bumping procedure in Article 9F.2.
2. The District shall notify the paraprofessional as soon as possible regarding any reassignment which is made after the paraprofessional has received a tentative assignment.
Tentative Assignments. Whenever possible, by the last instructional staff workday of each year, a tentative assignment of courses and grades to be taught in the following year will be made by the administration. The administration will attempt to keep changes to a minimum. Instructional staff shall be notified of any changes as soon as practicable.
Tentative Assignments. The University may discuss tentative assignments with Adjuncts as soon as courses for the fall, spring, or summer are decided upon.
