Principal Investigator’s and Study Staff’s Personal Data. 10.3.1 Osobní údaje Hlavního zkoušejícího a Studijního personálu Both prior to and during the course of the Study, the Principal Investigator and Study Staff may be called upon to provide their Personal Data, which may be used by Xxxxxx Clinical and/or Sponsor in compliance with Data Protection Laws. Principal Investigator´s and the Study Staff’s Personal Data may include names, contact information, work experience and professional qualifications, publications, resumes, educational background and information related to financial disclosures or other potential conflict of interest, and payments made to Principal Investigator and/or Study Staff under this Agreement.   • Principal Investigator The research will be under the direction of (“Principal Investigator”). If, for any reason, he/she is unable to continue to serve as Principal Investigator and a successor acceptable to both UHD and Sponsor is not available, this Agreement shall be terminated as provided in Section 7.
