Prints. All prints and products are to be inspected by Client at delivery and your signature is required stating they meet your approval. After this all sales are final and purchased products cannot be returned and all monies paid is non refundable. Once the prints or products have been delivered to the Client, Client is responsible for the maintenance, safety of all prints, products or digital images. Photographer is not responsible for the damage of products after delivery to client, including damage caused during transit by mail. If any products arrive damaged through no fault of the Client, Client may return the products for replacement base on Photographer’s discretion. Photographer is not responsible for printing errors or for quality of print or products that are reproduced by the Client from CD of high res digital images purchased.

Prints. 6.1) All images produced by JTP are done on a fully calibrated monitor, and all prints will be a true reflection of the editing carried out by JTP. JTP will not be held responsible for variances in images caused by clients viewing images on non-calibrated screens or monitors.
6.2) All prices are subject to change without notice by JTP. No consideration will be given to previous clients regarding product pricing, availability, package structure, or session fees.

Prints. Negatives, soundtracks, so called “virtual print” costs and other digital distribution costs, prints and other physical properties of the Picture including, without limitation, lab, labor, service and materials, titles, discs, dubbing, subtitling, gauge reductions, inspection, repair, shipping, storage, delivery and insurance thereon.
Prints. UIP shall catalog and track (in a manner reasonably acceptable to DW) all prints and trailer and other advertising material and for the destruction of prints and for issuance of a certificate of destruction evidencing same, to the extent done for other UIP Owners (or to a greater extent as required by DW, provided, however, that if Universal and/or UIP are required to incur any new additional costs (of which Universal and/or UIP notifies DW in advance) for outside personnel Universal and/or UIP are required to engage solely in order to render such more extensive cataloging and tracking services which are not included within the scope of services to be rendered by Universal and/or UIP under this Exhibit "A", Universal/UIP shall not be required to furnish such more extensive cataloging and tracking services unless DW pre-approves such costs and agrees to reimburse Universal and/or UIP, as applicable, for same (subject to appropriate reduction, to be mutually agreed, if and to the extent such more extensive cataloging and tracking services are utilized [subject to DW's prior approval] by any party other than DW). Any dispute as to whether such more extensive cataloging and tracking services are within the scope of services to be rendered by Universal and/or UIP hereunder will be subject to dispute resolution pursuant to Paragraph 10 of the Master Agreement. ***Certain information on this page has been omitted and filed separately with the Commission.
