Prior Possession. Commencing on the Effective Date, County has the right to install fixtures, telephones, alarm systems, and other items required to prepare the Premises for County’s occupancy and to store furniture, supplies and equipment, provided such work and storage and can be effected without unduly interfering with Lessor’s completion of any tenant improvements.
