Privacy Customer Data. 11.2.1. Privacy. Partner will (i) comply with all legal requirements regarding privacy and data protection, and (ii) provide sufficient notice to, and obtain sufficient consent and authorization from Customers and any other party providing personal data to Partner and Epicor to permit the processing of the data by Partner, Epicor and this respective Affiliates, subsidiaries and service providers as contemplated under the Agreement. Epicor may collect use, transfer, disclose and otherwise process each Customer’s data, including personal data, as described in such Customer’s Customer Agreement.
Privacy Customer Data. Catalogic agrees to comply with its data processor obligations under privacy laws applicable to Catalogic. Customer authorizes Catalogic to process Customer Data to provide the Cloud Services to Customer and its Authorized Users. Privacy Customer Data. (A) For purposes of this Agreement, “Customer Data” means: (i) any data received by ▇▇▇▇ from, or maintained by ▇▇▇▇ on behalf of, Customer, its Affiliates and/or its End Users in connection with the resale of the Product(s) under this Agreement, including Personally Identifiable Information and End User passwords; and (ii) any Product administrative accounts accessed by ▇▇▇▇ in connection with the resale of the Product under this Agreement, and any passwords for such accounts. For purposes of this Agreement, “Personally Identifiable Information” includes, without limitation, names, contact information (including, without limitation, email addresses, postal addresses and telephone numbers), government identification numbers, financial account numbers, payment card information, transaction information, credit report information, biometric information, IP addresses, network and hardware identifiers, protected health information, geolocation information, and any other information about individual persons or their use of the Product(s).

All customer and transaction data relating to transactions on, or utilization of, Cards is owned by, and will be provided by Operator to Husky. You consent to our delivery of all such information to Husky and its use and storage of information as provided in Husky’s privacy policy available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇. Husky may communicate directly with you.
