Pro-ration of Benefits. The following benefits will be pro-rated as follows: (a) Holidays Each employee will be entitled to one-half (½) the paid holidays provided for under Article 17 of the Agreement. (b) Vacation Employees engaged for twelve (12) months shall accumulate half (1/2) of the vacation credits in accordance with years of service as set out in Article 18.01. Employees engaged for ten (10) months shall be paid the vacation pay on hours worked in accordance with years of service as set out in Article 18.02.
