Probationary Period Upon Promotion. Employees will be required to serve a new probationary period of one year (12 months) each time the employee receives a promotion, a transfer with a classification change, medical transfer, or Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) transfer. During such period, the work performance of the employee shall be evaluated by the immediate supervisor following the employee’s completion of three (3) months and eleven (11) months of employment in the new position.
