Common use of Probationary Teachers Clause in Contracts

Probationary Teachers. (a) A teacher who has less than 3 (three) years of teaching experience shall be subject to a period of two years’ probation upon commencement of employment with the Board. (b) A teacher who has more than 3 (three) years of teaching experience, shall be subject to a period of one years' probation upon employment with the Board.
