PROBLEMS WITH GOODS AND SERVICES. We are not liable in any way should you encounter any problems with the goods and services that you obtain through the use of your Card. In spite of the non-delivery or non-performance or defects in any such goods and services, you shall pay us the full amount shown in the Billing Statement. If you have any complaint against a merchant, you shall resolve such dispute with such merchant. Any such dispute is between you and the merchant and we shall not be deemed to be a party to such dispute. We shall not be liable or responsible for the quantity, quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose or any other aspect of the goods and services supplied by a merchant to you or in respect of any contract or transaction entered into by such merchant with you connected with the use of the Card.

We will credit the Designated Account with the amount of any refund only on the receipt of the same supported by a credit voucher properly issued by the merchant. You acknowledge and agree that any refund of any amount previously charged to your Card may be subject to such terms, conditions, rules, procedures and/or guidelines as may be issued by the relevant card scheme from time to time.
PROBLEMS WITH GOODS AND SERVICES. We are not liable in any way should you encounter any defect, deficiency or problem with any goods or services that you obtain from any merchant through the use of your Card nor are we responsible for any benefits, discounts or promotion programmes of any merchant that are available to you through your use of the Card. We make no representation as to the quality, provision or performance of any such goods or services. You should resolve any complaints about any such goods and services or any benefits, discounts or promotion programmes directly with the relevant merchant, financial institution or other person. In spite of any non-delivery or non-performance of, or defect in, any such goods or services, you and/or the Corporation shall pay us the full amount shown in the Card Account statement. No claim by you and/or the Corporation against any merchant, financial institution or other person shall be the subject of set-off or counter-claim against us. We will credit the Card Account with the amount of any refund or price adjustment only on receipt of a properly issued credit slip duly imprinted and signed by the merchant, financial institution or other person making the refund or price adjustment (as the case may be).
PROBLEMS WITH GOODS AND SERVICES. If you or the Company have any question, problem or dispute concerning the monthly statement, you and the Company should contact us immediately on receipt of the monthly statement and we will take all reasonable and appropriate steps to provide the information you request or to resolve your dispute. However, unless required by law, we are not responsible for any defects or complaints to goods or services which you may have charged to the Card. Any dispute should be settled directly with the Service Establishment. In all circumstances, we must be paid the full amounts shown on the monthly statement and no claim by a Card Member may be the subject of set off or counterclaim against us. We accept no responsibility for the failure of any party to accept the Card or for any loss or damage arising from the manner of its acceptance of the Card or any other problems you or the Company may have with such party.
PROBLEMS WITH GOODS AND SERVICES. 20.1 The Bank is not liable in any way should the Cardmember encounter any problems with the goods and services that the Cardmember obtains through the use of the Card nor is the Bank responsible for any benefits, discounts or programmes of any Merchant that the Bank makes available to the Cardmember. Notwithstanding the non-delivery or non-performance or defects in any such goods and services, the Bank shall be entitled to debit any Card Account or any other Account(s) the Cardmember maintains with the Bank the full amount pursuant to that Card Transaction. The Bank shall not be liable or responsible for the quantity, quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose or any other aspect of the goods and services supplied by a merchant to the Cardmember or in respect of any contract or transaction entered into by such merchant with the Cardmember connected with the use of the Card. All disputes regarding the goods and services must be settled directly with the Merchant.
PROBLEMS WITH GOODS AND SERVICES. If you have any question, problem or dispute concerning the monthly statement, you should contact us and we will take all reasonable and appropriate steps to provide the information you request or attempt to resolve your dispute. However, unless otherwise provided by law, we are not responsible for any problems you have with any goods or services you charge to the Corporate Card; and if you have a dispute with an establishment honouring the Corporate Card you must pay us anyway and settle the dispute directly with such establishment. We will not be responsible if any establishment refuses to honour the Corporate Card, or for any other problems you may have with such establishment.

Notwithstanding the non-delivery or non- performance or defects in any such goods and services, we shall be entitled to debit your Debit Card Account or any other Account(s) you maintain with us in respect of any Debit Transaction and/or debit the Credit Card Account in respect of any Credit Transaction, as the case maybe, the full amount pursuant to that Card Transaction. You will settle any dispute directly with the provider of the goods and services.
