Procedure for an Involuntary Reassignment. (1) The District may initiate an involuntary reassignment. The Administrative Xxxx of Academic Affairs shall not make a decision to reassign a unit member involuntarily until after consulting with the Division Chair, and after the Division Chair has consulted with the unit member who is to be reassigned.
