Processing of Grievances. It is agreed by the parties hereto that grievances shall be processed during times which do not interfere with assigned duties. However, in the event it is mutually agreed by the aggrieved employee, the Association and the Board to hold proceedings during regular working hours, an employee participating in any level of the grievance procedure on his/her own behalf or on behalf of the Association, with any representative of the Board, shall be released from assigned duties, for the period necessary without loss of salary.
