Production and Maintenance Employees Only. “Bargaining unit work” is defined as work that is normally and regularly performed by production and maintenance employees of Evraz. Persons whose regular jobs, are not in the bargaining unit shall not perform “bargaining unit work” except: 1. For the purpose of training and instructing bargaining unit members; 2. In emergency situations when sufficient qualified bargaining unit employees are not immediately available; or 3. In situations where experiments are being conducted with equipment or processes when bargaining unit employees are present to observe and assist.
