Production Target. The information in this ASX Release that relates to production targets and forecast financial information for the Mackay Potash Project were first reported in accordance with ASX listing rules 5.16 and 5.17 in the Company's ASX Release titled “Agrimin to be the World's Lowest Cost SOP Producer” announced on 21 July 2020. The Company confirms that all the material assumptions underpinning the production targets and forecast financial information derived from the production target in the previous announcement continue to apply and have not materially changed.

That announcement contains the relevant statements, data and consents referred to in this announcement. Apart from that which is disclosed in this document, Australian Potash Limited, its directors, officers and agents: 1. Are not aware of any new information that materially affects the information contained in the 23 March 2017 announcement, and 2. State that the material assumptions and technical parameters underpinning the estimates in the 23 March 2017 announcement continue to apply and have not materially changed. Salt Lake Potash Limited’s Lake ▇▇▇▇▇ Production Target stated in this Announcement is based on it’s Scoping Study as released to the ASX on 29 August 2016. The information in relation to the Production Target that Salt Lake Potash Limited is required to include in a public report in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 5.16 and 5.17 was included in its ASX Announcement released on 29 August 2016. Salt Lake Potash Limited confirms that the material assumptions underpinning the Production Target referenced in the 29 August 2016 release continue to apply and have not materially changed.
Production Target. Seller warrants that the Annual Electric Energy Delivered in any Contract Year will be equal to or greater than the Minimum Expected Annual Production for that Contract Year as set forth in Schedule 5.
Production Target. Customer is requesting and Developer is committed to providing production capacity for up to 200,000 WorldVentures Cards per month to be in place within 16 weeks of such capacity requirement notification from Customer, subject to purchase orders for production tooling, components and materials being placed no later than 12 weeks prior to such capacity delivery.

Production Target. During the Agreement Term, the Company will produce a total of at least six hundred thousand (600,000) tons of graphite refined powder products with a carbon content of 95% or higher (the “Production Target”). Supplier agrees to supply to the Company, in first priority manner, with sufficient amount of graphite ore that shall be sufficient for the production of the Company to fulfill its Production Target. Each Party agrees that it is legally bound by the terms of a Confirmation (as defined in Section 7.1), as supplemented by this Agreement, from the date that a Confirmation setting forth such terms is executed by the Parties. During the Term, Supplier agrees to sell and deliver to the Company, and the Company agrees to purchase and accept from Supplier, at the Delivery Point, the Agreement Quantity specified in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Confirmation and this Agreement. If, during the term of this Agreement, the Company fails to produce the agreed-upon Production Target of graphite refined powder products as per the Agreement, any advance made by the Company to the Supplier shall not be refunded and shall become the sole property of the Supplier. If, during the term of this agreement, the Supplier fails to provide the Company with the full quantity of graphite ore meeting the Production Target as per the Agreement, the Supplier shall be liable to pay the Company a default penalty, calculated as 0.05% of the remaining balance after deducting the advance amount, payable by the Supplier to the Company for each day until the Company receives the full quantity of graphite ore meeting the Production Target.

  • RE-WEIGHING PRODUCT Deliveries are subject to re- weighing at the point of destination by the Authorized User. If shrinkage occurs which exceeds that normally allowable in the trade, the Authorized User shall have the option to require delivery of the difference in quantity or to reduce the payment accordingly. Such option shall be exercised in writing by the Authorized User.

  • Development Milestones In addition to its obligations under Paragraph 7.1, LICENSEE specifically commits to achieving (either itself or through the acts of a SUBLICENSEE) the following development milestones in its diligence activities under this AGREEMENT: (a) (b).

  • Development Plan document specifying the work program, schedule, and relevant investments required for the Development and the Production of a Discovery or set of Discoveries of Oil and Gas in the Contract Area, including its abandonment.

  • Clinical Studies The animal and other preclinical studies and clinical trials conducted by the Company or on behalf of the Company were, and, if still pending are, to the Company’s knowledge, being conducted in all material respects in compliance with all Applicable Laws and in accordance with experimental protocols, procedures and controls generally used by qualified experts in the preclinical study and clinical trials of new drugs and biologics as applied to comparable products to those being developed by the Company; the descriptions of the results of such preclinical studies and clinical trials contained in the Registration Statement and the Prospectus are accurate and complete in all material respects, and, except as set forth in the Registration Statement and the Prospectus, the Company has no knowledge of any other clinical trials or preclinical studies, the results of which reasonably call into question the clinical trial or preclinical study results described or referred to in the Registration Statement and the Prospectus when viewed in the context in which such results are described; and the Company has not received any written notices or correspondence from the FDA, the EMA, or any other domestic or foreign governmental agency requiring the termination, suspension or modification of any preclinical studies or clinical trials conducted by or on behalf of the Company that are described in the Registration Statement and the Prospectus or the results of which are referred to in the Registration Statement and the Prospectus.
