Labour Flexibility (i) An employer may direct an employee to carry out such duties as are reasonable and within the limits of the employee's skill, competence and training consistent with employee's classification, grouping and/or career stream provided that such duties are not designed to promote deskilling.
Productivity Incentive In addition to the Minimum Milk Price, you will be paid a Productivity Incentive based on the total number of milk solids in your milk that you supply to DFMC each Month during the Term that complies with the Quality Standards. Works closely with other IT groups and customers to define the system design and user interface based on customer needs and objectives. Participates in all phases of the development and implementation process, and may act as a project manager on special projects. Responsible for system tuning, optimization of information/data processing, maintenance and support of the production environment.
