Productivity / Attendance Allowances. In return for compliance with the provisions of this Agreement, a company productivity / attendance allowance will be paid to all employees covered by this Agreement. This allowance will be paid weekly for each hour worked, attracting no premium or penalty. The rate payable will be in accordance with Appendix B of this Agreement. The entitlement for apprentices will be in accordance with Appendix C of this Agreement. This productivity allowance / attendance allowance shall be paid for all hours worked attracting no premium or penalty and remain in force for the duration of the Agreement. If the company undertakes any offsite work the applicability of this allowance may be reviewed by agreement of the parties. Any agreed variation will be recorded in correspondence by the parties to this Agreement. Such company productivity / attendance allowance shall also be in lieu of the applicable crib allowance payable after two hours work Monday to Friday found in the relevant award(s).

  • Productivity Allowance A productivity allowance per hour worked will be paid to employees engaged upon construction work from the date of agreement. This allowance will not be subject to penalty addition and shall be in lieu of all or any Parent Award disability allowances, with the exception of the multi-storey allowance. Site/Project Allowances will be paid in addition to the productivity allowance where such an addition is either:

  • Productivity Incentive In addition to the Minimum Milk Price, you will be paid a Productivity Incentive based on the total number of milk solids in your milk that you supply to DFMC each Month during the Term that complies with the Quality Standards. The Productivity Incentive will be paid at the rates set out in Item 5 of the Details.

  • Overtime Meal Allowances (a) An Employee who is required to work a minimum of two and one-half (2½) hours overtime before or after his/her scheduled hours of work, shall be provided with a meal or shall be reimbursed nine dollars ($9.00). A meal break of one-half (½) hour with pay shall be given at the overtime rate. This section shall not apply to an Employee who is on travel status which entitles him/her to claim for lodging and/or meals.

  • TRAVEL ALLOWANCES There shall be no payments for travel expenses, travel time, subsistence allowance or other such reimbursements or special pay except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.

  • PRODUCTIVITY The Productivity Scheme which was agreed to is: Contained in Annexure B.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • Tool Allowances The Employer shall supply all tools and equipment required to perform the work.

  • Fares and Travel Allowance 37.3 All Employees shall be entitled to receive the fares and travel allowance as follows:

  • Overtime Meal Allowance ‌ An employee who works two and one-half hours of overtime immediately before or following his/her scheduled hours of work shall receive a meal allowance of seven dollars. One-half hour with pay shall be allowed the employee in order that he/she may take a meal break either at or adjacent to his/her place of work.

  • Travel Expense Any EMPLOYEE who must use his personal automobile or otherwise provide his own transportation when on school district business shall be reimbursed by the BOARD according to the amount established by current BOARD policy.
