WAGE RATES / REMUNERATION. In recognition of the efficiencies and productivity measures contained herein the following increases shall be available to Employees covered by this Agreement: 10.1 Wage Increases a) Employees will be paid in accordance with the classification structure and wage rates in Appendix B of this Agreement. There will be additional benefits payable in Appendix C. b) Additional wage increases will apply during the life of this Agreement as per Appendix B. It is agreed by the parties that there will be an additional wage increase of 2% (non cumulative) from 1 October 2008. The Union and Employees commit to not pursue any other increases in wages, allowances or conditions during 2008. c) It is agreed that there will be no other increases to wages or allowances for Employees under this Agreement except any rates / allowance(s) provided under a project agreement, Award variations to expense related allowances, other allowances not dealt with by this Agreement for the duration of this Agreement.

WAGE RATES / REMUNERATION. In recognition of the efficiencies and productivity measures contained herein the following increases will be available to employees covered by this Agreement: The parties have agreed that following approval of FWC, the wage increase of 3% will be retrospectively applied on and from the first full pay period on or after 1 January 2021. Each subsequent year of the Agreement (I January 2022, and 1 January 2023) the wage increase of 3% will be applied on and from the first full pay period.

Rates apply on and from the beginning of the first pay period to commence after the date indicated. The wage rates set out in Appendix A shall apply over the life of the Agreement for the calculation of Long Service Leave entitlements, payment in lieu of notice entitlements and for any calculation of employee redundancy pay entitlements.

Whichever is the greater. c) It is agreed that there will be no other increases to wages or allowances for employees under this agreement except any rates / allowance(s) provided under an enforceable Project Agreement (including ‘Top-Up’ payments), award variations to expense related allowances, other allowances not dealt with by this Agreement and apprentice wage rates for the duration of this agreement. However if the increase in the consumer price index is greater than the increases provided for in this Agreement, these rates will be subject to review.

  • Wage Rates Contractor shall post a copy of the wage rates at the job site and shall pay the adopted prevailing wage rates as a minimum. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Board of Supervisors has obtained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in this locality for each craft, classification, or type of xxxxxxx needed to execute this Contract from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations. These rates are on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Copies may be obtained at cost at the office of County's OC Public Works/OC Facilities & Asset Management/A&E Project Management or visit the website of the Department of Industrial Relations, Prevailing Wage Unit at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/XXXX/XXX. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Sections 1774, 1775, 1776 and 1813 of the Labor Code.

  • Overtime Rates All overtime hours shall be compensated at the rate of time and one- half (1-1/2).

  • Wage Rate The hourly rates for full-time junior and adult apprentices as set out in this agreement shall apply to school based apprentices except that the school based apprentice for pay purposes will be paid a further 25% of hours to the actual hours worked for off the job training.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES The contractor shall comply with prevailing wage rates as defined by the United States Department of Labor Xxxxx-Xxxxx Wage Determination at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/whd/contracts/dbra.htm and at the Wage Determinations website xxx.xxxx.xxx for Xxxxxx County, Texas (WD-2509).

  • Overtime Rate In accordance with the applicable wage and hour laws, the overtime rate will be one and one-half (1-1/2) of an employee’s regular rate of pay. The regular rate of pay will not include any allowable exclusions.

  • Rate of Compensation In lieu of direct compensation for all overtime, shift work and standby (as defined in Articles 16, 17 and 18 of this Agreement), regular full-time employees shall receive a special compensation of 7% of their basic salary earned for each calendar year. This special compensation shall not be considered part of the employee's basic salary for the purpose of calculating any benefits or other premium entitlements.

  • Supported wage rates Employees to whom this clause applies shall be paid the applicable percentage of the minimum rate of pay prescribed by this Agreement for the class of work which the person is performing according to the following schedule: * (Provided that the minimum amount payable shall be not less than $45 per week). Where a person’s assessed capacity is 10%, they shall receive a high degree of assistance and support.

  • Annual Compensation The Executive's "Annual Compensation" for purposes of this Agreement shall be deemed to mean the highest level of base salary paid to the Executive by the Employers or any subsidiary thereof during any of the three calendar years ending during the calendar year in which the Date of Termination occurs.

  • HOLIDAY COMPENSATION FOR TIME WORKED 110. Employees required by their respective appointing officers to work on any of the above specified or substitute holidays, excepting Fridays observed as holidays in lieu of holidays falling on Saturday, shall be paid extra compensation of one additional day's pay at time-and-one-half the usual rate in the amount of 12 hours pay for 8 hours worked or a proportionate amount for less than 8 hours worked provided, however, that at the employee's request and with the approval of the appointing officer, an employee may be granted compensatory time off in lieu of paid overtime pursuant to the provisions of Section III.E.2. 111. Executive, administrative and professional employees designated in the Annual Salary Ordinance with the "Z" symbol shall not receive extra compensation for holiday work but may be granted time off equivalent to the time worked at the rate of-one-and-one-half times for work on the holiday.
