Productivity/Performance Enhancement. AECL believes that its compensation systems should be structured in such a way as to encourage increased productivity or increased performance on the part of employees. The Company endeavors to make its compensation program more responsive to individual and team performance. For this reason, changes to the compensation system that do not return increases in productivity/performance are not likely to be endorsed by the Company.
