Professional Advancement. 1. Each certificated teacher will advance to the next higher column for educational attainment on the state salary schedule when sufficient quarter-hours of post graduation education have been attained. 2. Credits earned for advancement on the salary schedule will comply with requirements listed in WAC 392.121.261 and 392.121.262. Only a grade of C or better, or pass in pass/fail courses is acceptable.
