Employees who hold certification requiring ongoing continuing education units (CEUs) shall be provided an educational allowance of five hundred dollars ($500) per employee per calendar year to be used for maintaining certification. This allowance may be used for registration or materials related to educational programs that are related to their work but are not already offered by the hospital.
