Professional Growth Program. 9.6.1 A Professional Growth Differential of 2.5% will be paid on the employee’s total compensation including all differentials, for each 15 semester units earned, up to a maximum of 60 units. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary within this Agreement, an employee may participate only once in the professional Growth Program to the maximum units allowable under the expressed terms of this Agreement. 9.6.2 One (1) unit equals fifteen (15) class hours of approved learning activities. 9.6.3 Fifteen (15) units equals two hundred twenty-five (225) class hours.
