Professional Improvement Committee. 4-6.01 The agenda of the Professional Improvement Committee shall be prepared jointly by the chairperson and the secretary.
Professional Improvement Committee. 4-6.01 The composition and the general rules for the functioning of the PIC are set forth in article 4-3.00. The PIC shall be responsible for the administration of the amounts available for professional improvement. It shall establish the guidelines for the approval and repayment of the expenses incurred to implement the professional improvement and in-service plans for teachers ensuring that any substitution costs relating to an in-service are prioritized for payment.
Professional Improvement Committee. 4-5.01 The union and the board shall form a parity committee to administer funds provided for Professional Improvement and to establish Professional Improvement priorities. All minutes, letters or other communication from the P.I.C. shall have the sole heading “Professional Improvement Committee.” 4-5.02 It shall be the P.I.C.’s responsibility to identify priority needs in professional improvement and to plan to meet these needs.

  • Professional Development Committee There shall be a Professional Development Committee composed of three (3) members of the Association one of whom shall be the Bargaining Unit President or designate and three (3) representatives of the Hospital one of whom shall be the Chief Nursing Officer or designate and one human resources representative.

  • Management Committee The Members shall act collectively through meetings as a "committee of the whole," which is hereby named the "Management Committee." The Management Committee shall conduct its affairs in accordance with the following provisions and the other provisions of this Agreement:
