Professional Photography. If the A/E commissions photography of the completed Project, the A/E shall include in its photography agreements a release for unrestricted and unlimited use of photographs by the Owner and Contracting Authority, and shall provide the Owner and Contracting Authority with a reasonable quantity of photographs for use in the Owner’s and Contracting Authority’s marketing and awareness activities, including, but not limited to, profiles of the Project on their respective websites.

Professional PhotographyThe Borrower shall not make or allow the use of the Property for any commercial purpose, including, but not limited to, use of the Property for still photography, motion picture, television or video production, without prior written approval from the Lender. Casual photography or motion video created by visitors for personal or non-promotional use is permitted.
Professional Photography. Where we engage professional photographers, this service is included within our fee. However, should you withdraw the property from the market within the terms of this agency then a fee will apply. We are required to order an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) prior to marketing the Property. We are required to display the EPC graph / rating in all marketing materials including brochures, internet listings, advertisements and window cards. We are required to comply with The Money Laundering Regulations 2017. We have a legal obligation to identify the beneficial owner of a property, whether it be a private individual/s, a company, trust or estate. We may use a third party to comply with these regulations. We will take a copy of your identification, which shall be kept securely in our file, to conform to the above Regulations. We cannot market the Property until this information is obtained. Current legislation may also require us to make a disclosure of information about you to the relevant government authorities or agencies if certain circumstances arise. We cannot advise you of any request made or inform you of this disclosure.
Professional Photography. ARTIST shall coordinate a photo shoot and provide a limited number of digital images documenting the completed Artwork, showing both the Artwork details as well as Artwork in its overall context and setting, with the minimum photography delivered to the COUNTY. This applies to each artwork/artwork element installed.

  • Photography State may grant permits to persons or corporations engaged in the production of still and motion pictures and related activities for the use of the Premises for such purposes when such permission shall not interfere with the primary business of Concessionaire. Where income in respect of personal activities exercised by an entertainer or a sportsperson in his capacity as such accrues not to the entertainer or sportsperson himself but to another person, that income may, notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 7 and 14, be taxed in the Contracting State in which the activities of the entertainer or sportsperson are exercised.

  • Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services are not permitted to be provided under this Agreement. Texas statutes prohibit the procurement of Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services through a cooperative agreement.
