Program Listing. The EMPLOYER shall have listed in the program distributed to the audience, or on a reader-board in the main lobby, or have announced to the audience, the names of all Artists who perform leading roles, as designated by the Artistic Director.

Program Listing a) With the exception of the annual Performance at the Capital Athletic Club, EMPLOYER shall have listed in the program distributed to the audience, or on a reader board in the main lobby, or have announced to the audience, the names of all ARTISTS who perform leading roles, as designated by the Artistic Director. b) In the event that changes (other than corps dance roles) occur in the cast, a program insert, or reader board shall be provided, or announcement (unless specifically not requested by the ARTIST) shall be made to the audience. If EMPLOYER fails to comply, ARTIST shall be paid no less than fifty dollars ($50.00). c) The EMPLOYER agrees to list the Apprentices on the Company roster in the program.

  • AMEX Listing The shares of AMCON Common Stock to be issued in the Merger shall have been approved for listing upon issuance on the AMEX, subject to official notice of issuance;

  • NYSE Listing The shares of Parent Common Stock to be issued to the holders of Company Common Stock upon consummation of the Merger shall have been authorized for listing on the NYSE, subject to official notice of issuance.

  • Stock Exchange Listing The shares of Common Stock have been approved for listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market (the “Exchange”), and the Company has taken no action designed to, or likely to have the effect of, delisting the shares of Common Stock from the Exchange, nor has the Company received any notification that the Exchange is contemplating terminating such listing except as described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.

  • State Approval of Replacement Personnel The Engineer may not replace the project manager or key personnel without prior consent of the State. The State must be satisfied that the new project manager or other key personnel is qualified to provide the authorized services. If the State determines that the new project manager or key personnel is not acceptable, the Engineer may not use that person in that capacity and shall replace him or her with one satisfactory to the State within forty-five (45) days.
