Program Maintenance. In addition to the routine maintenance and repair required pursuant to Section 7(a) Borrower shall perform the following programmed maintenance on the Apartment Complex:
(i) Interior painting and window covering replacement at least every five (5) years; years; and
(ii) Exterior painting at least every ten (10) years;
(iii) Repair and resurfacing of parking areas and walkways at least every five (5)
(iv) Replacement of all deteriorated or worn landscaping at least every five (5) years and replacement of play equipment at least every five (5) years. Upon the request of Borrower, the Executive Director, at his sole and absolute discretion, may grant a waiver or deferral of any program maintenance requirement. Borrower shall keep such records of maintenance and repair as are necessary to prove performance of the program maintenance requirements.
Program Maintenance. In addition to the routine maintenance and repair required pursuant to Section 4.10.1, Developer shall perform the following minimum programmed maintenance of the Improvements to the Site:
(a) Interior painting and window covering replacement at least every five (5) years;
(b) Exterior painting at least every ten (10) years;
(c) Repair and resurfacing of parking areas and walkways at least every five (5) years; and
(d) Replacement of all deteriorated or worn landscaping and play equipment at least every five (5) years. Upon the request of Developer, the Executive Director, at her sole and absolute discretion, may grant a waiver or deferral of any program maintenance requirement. Developer shall keep such records of maintenance and repair as are necessary to prove performance of the program maintenance requirements.
Program Maintenance. A. Program Review and Oversight EPA may conduct periodic evaluations of the State 404 Permit Program in accordance with Section 404(i) of the CWA.
Program Maintenance. It is important to maintain accurate job specifications and job ratings on an ongoing basis. Failure to do so will serve to damage the integrity of the program. In order to maintain the program, the following process will be enacted:
Program Maintenance. AMS shall maintain its EH&S programs and activities to ensure that they meet all requirements of Environmental Requirements. Maxtor may review and comment upon these programs and activities insofar as they may affect Maxtor.

Program Maintenance. An Annual Program Renewal form (Annex E) should be completed and submitted to the AHJ before the yearly anniversary of the original approval date. It is important to prepare and submit this form so as to review the details of the agreement and make necessary changes due to any building modifications, supplies location and inventory, protocols, communication information, and personnel changes. Before each yearly anniversary of original approval date, a courtesy reminder notice to renew the ABR program documents will be sent to the owner or agent and Primary BSE listed in the program documents via email.
Program Maintenance. Tasks include assisting with: compiling average cost data, PRMS, maintaining programmatic databases, maintaining scheduling system, and quality control.
