These documents, as well as the West End Home Child Care Services’ Policies, Program Statement, and the Program Statement Implementation Policy set out the guidelines for staff how to conduct themselves as professionals. These documents also provide information on how to build and nurture relationships in inclusive settings and how to support various behaviors. Home providers, under the guidance of well trained and professional Home Consultants, in partnership with parents, will provide safe, healthy, and supportive learning environment in our home childcare.
