Programme of Activities. 3.1 The Recipient will ensure that before the Programme of Activities starts all the necessary legal regulatory and ethical requirements for the conducting of the Programme of Activities are met and that all necessary licences, consents (including visas) and approvals are obtained, and that these are maintained during the period of the Award.
3.2 The Recipient shall procure the carrying out by the Awardee of the Programme of Activities including the additional or amended activities (if any) specified in Annex B, and shall not use the Award for any of the excluded activities specified in Annex B.
3.3 N/A
3.4 The Recipient undertakes to provide funding for any additional costs not covered by the Award which are necessary for the successful completion of the Programme of Activities.
3.5 The Award is cash-limited and no supplementary funding will be provided by the Academy to complete the Programme of Activities in event of a shortfall.
3.6 The Recipient undertakes to support the Awardee(s) in the Programme of Activities and to ensure access to any facilities specified in the Application and any other facilities necessary for completion of the Programme of Activities.
3.7 The Recipient shall not allow any Award monies to be used other than for the purposes of the Programme of Activities.
3.8 The Awardee(s) must notify the Academy in writing that the Programme of Activities has started by submitting an Initiation Report, by the date given in Annex C. This notification will be provided through the Online Grant System.
3.9 The Recipient shall not modify or alter the Programme of Activities without the prior written consent of the Academy.
3.10 The Recipient will ensure that the results of the Programme of Activities are disseminated publicly within twelve months of the Award End Date (unless the Academy has agreed in writing to a longer period).

Programme of Activities. In accordance with the background and purpose described above, both organisations agree to endeavour to intensify their co-operation for mutual benefit. The following steps will be taken, among others:
1. Regular contact is to be established between the two organisations in order to institute and maintain a continuing liaison to address matters of common interest;
2. Each organisation will inform the other of all Commissions, Working groups, etc. that it has established and invite representation from the other where it is agreed that it would be appropriate.
3. Each organisation will inform the other of its programme of proposed seminars, workshops, etc. to enable joint participation should it be of mutual benefit and inform its members of these events as appropriate.
4. Both organisations will identify opportunities to organise joint sessions at conferences and specialised seminars or workshops under joint sponsorship.
Programme of Activities. In line with the Community Partnership’s role to drive dialogue with the community, the Programme of Activities should include a communications and engagement plan designed with RWM and its media planners to ensure that all Search Area residents and organisations receive regular information updates across multiple channels, to enable high levels of awareness, understanding and engagement with the Community Partnership’s programme.
Programme of Activities. In accordance with the background and purpose described above, both organizations agree to endeavour to intensify their co-operation for mutual advantage and in service of the profession and the populace. The following steps will be taken: ▪ Regular contact is to be established between the two organizations in order to institute and maintain rapport and continuing engagement to address matters of common interest; ▪ Each organization should inform the other of all Commissions, Working groups, etc. that it has established and invite representation from the other where it is agreed that it would be appropriate; ▪ Each organization should inform the other of its programme of proposed seminars, workshops, etc. to enable joint participation should it be of mutual benefit and inform its members of these events as appropriate; ▪ Each organization should invite a representative from the other organization to attend respective Congresses/Conferences and offer complimentary registration; ▪ Both organizations confirm their commitment in the work to advance the science and knowledge towards sustainable cost management, construction and developments, promotion of green buildings and structures, sustainable and liveable cities; and ▪ Both organizations should identify opportunities to organize specialized seminars or workshops under joint sponsorship.
Programme of Activities. In accordance with the background and purpose described above, both organizations agree to endeavour to intensify their co-operation for mutual benefit. By way of implementation, the following steps will be taken, among others:
1. Regular contacts should be established between the secretariats of both organizations and their elected leaderships to introduce and maintain continuing liaison between the two organizations.
2. Each organization should inform the other of all Commissions, Working groups etc. that it has established and invite representation from the other on to each of these groups where it is agreed that it would be appropriate and sensible.
3. Each organization should inform the other of its programme of proposed schools, seminars, workshops, etc. to enable consideration as to whether joint participation should be of mutual benefit and further inform its members on these events when appropriate (e.g. on its home page of Internet).
4. Both organizations should study possibilities to organize specialized seminars or workshops under both banners.
5. Each organization should invite a representative from the other organization to attend each respective Congress and therewith offer a complimentary registration.
6. Decisions on joint or co-sponsored events will be made by the ISPRS Secretary General and the Director of the FIG Office.
Programme of Activities. Where a group of project activities is submitted together for Gold Standard registration within a Programme of Activities, each of these activities must be in compliance with the Gold Standard eligibility criteria. Micro-scale project activities cannot apply under a Progamme of Activities.
Programme of Activities. Coordinating entities submitting a Programme of Activities for Gold Standard registration shall conduct the ‘Do No Harm’ Assessment at the CPA-equivalent or VER-CPA- equivalent level, unless convincing argumentation validated by a DOE is provided as to why this should not be required for the particular Programme of Activities.
Programme of Activities. Coordinating entities submitting a Programme of Activities for Gold Standard registration shall conduct the Detailed Impact Assessment at the CDM Programme Activity (CPA) level or VER CPA equivalent level, unless convincing argumentation validated by a DOE is provided as to why this should not be required for the particular Programme of Activities.
Programme of Activities. The Local Stakeholder Consultation shall take place at the CPA or VER CPA-equivalent level, and a report per CPA or VER CPA-equivalent shall be prepared and submitted. However, coordinating entities may organise a single meeting for several CPAs or VER CPA equivalents for implementation in parallel, as long as they can convincingly demonstrate that this does not compromise fulfillment of the requirements for the Gold Standard stakeholder consultation.
