Prohibited Access. If a civil authority prohibits access to the dwelling or your unit:
a. as a direct result of damage to neighbouring premises by a peril not otherwise excluded under this form, we insure any resulting Additional Living Expense and Fair Rental Value loss for a period not exceeding 2 weeks; or
b. by order for mass evacuation as a direct result of a sudden and accidental event within Canada or the United States of America, we insure any resulting necessary and reasonable increase in living expense to a maximum of $2,500 incurred by you for the period access is prohibited, not exceeding 30 days from the date of the order of evacuation. You are not insured for any claim arising from evacuation resulting from:
i. flood;
ii. earthquake;
iii. war, invasion, act of a foreign enemy, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection or military power;
iv. Terrorism or any activity or decision of a government agency or other entity to prevent, respond to or terminate Terrorism regardless of any other cause or event that contributes concurrently or in any sequence to such loss or damage;
v. any nuclear incident as defined in the Nuclear Liability Act or any other nuclear liability act, law or statute, or any law amendatory thereof or nuclear explosion, except for ensuing loss or damage which results directly from fire, lightning or explosion of natural, coal or manufactured gas;
vi. contamination by radioactive material. This coverage does not increase the amounts of Insurance for Coverage D, Additional Living Expense. We do not insure the cancellation of a lease or agreement.
Prohibited Access. We will pay any necessary and reasonable increases in living expenses incurred by you while access to your principal residence is prohibited by order of a civil authority. Such order for evacuation must be as a direct result of a sudden and accidental insured peril. You are insured for additional expenses incurred during a period of up to two weeks from the date of the order of evacuation and up to a maximum of $2,500. We do not insure loss resulting from the cancellation of a lease or agreement. You are insured against direct loss or damage caused by the following perils as described:
1. Fire.

Prohibited Access. You may not access the SaaS Applications if you are a direct competitor of NEOGOV or its affiliates. In addition, you may not access the SaaS Applications for purposes of monitoring their availability, performance, or functionality, or for any other benchmarking or competitive purposes.
Prohibited Access. Where possible, prohibit access to the Premises from other interior parts of Roselawn Centre, except as may be required under the Fire Code.
Prohibited Access. ASUPD may restrict access from within its network to any sites in furtherance of these Terms of Use. You may contact ASUPD at xxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xxx to request access to a restricted site or to report that a site was restricted in error. ASUPD may restrict you from accessing ASUPD Computing and Communication Resources.

Prohibited Access. Licensee agrees that it shall be barred from accessing any of the structures on the Premises. Licensee shall refrain from approaching ten (10) feet from any of the structures located on the Premises.
