Common use of Prohibition of Discrimination and Harassment Clause in Contracts

Prohibition of Discrimination and Harassment. ACC has in place policies and procedures to receive, investigate, and resolve student and employee complaints alleging civil rights violations, including claims under Title VI and Title IX. The ISD and ACC shall each comply with its own policies and any applicable state and federal law that prohibit discrimination and harassment on the basis of a student or employee’s disability, race, color, national origin, religion, or sex. Each party shall adhere to its obligations under relevant policy and law without regard to the other party’s obligations. The ISD agrees to report to the College’s District Title IX/ADA/Title VI Coordinator, within 2 business days, any allegation of discrimination or harassment involving a College employee or dual credit student, regardless of where the alleged conduct occurred. The College has designated the following individual as its District Title IX/ADA/Title VI Coordinator:
