PROHIBITION OF STRIKES. ‌ A. During the term of this Memorandum of Understanding or any extension thereof, neither the Union nor its agents or representatives, nor any Employees, shall engage or participate in any strike, sympathy strike, work stoppage, picketing which interferes with the operations of the State Bar, refusal to cross any picket line or any other concerted interruption of work, and the State Bar shall not lock out Employees, whether or not the underlying dispute is arbitrable or is alleged to be violative of the provisions of the Xxxxxx-Xxxxxx-Xxxxx Act. B. If any action or activity prohibited by Subsection A of this Section occurs, the Union shall make every reasonable effort to ensure that all such prohibited activity or action ceases. C. Any Employee who participates in any activity or action prohibited by Subsection A of this Section shall be subject to discipline, up to and including discharge, provided, however, that such Employee shall have recourse to the procedures set forth in Sections 16 and 17 of this Memorandum of Understanding.
