Project Addendum. Upon determination by the City of each individual Project which will be implemented by the Consultant under this Agreement, an addendum to this Agreement setting forth Scope of each Project, its associated fee and its duration shall be executed by the Consultant and either the City’s Director of Public Works, City Manager, or Mayor and shall be incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
Project Addendum. PPD and Sponsor shall execute a Project Addendum evidencing the Services to be provided by PPD. Each Project Addendum shall be incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement by reference, and each such Project Addendum and this Agreement shall constitute the entire agreement for the applicable Services. To the extent any terms set forth in a Project Addendum conflict with the terms set forth in this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control unless otherwise specifically set forth in the Project Addendum.
Project Addendum. In the event that the parties hereto shall reach agreement with respect to the provision of Services for a Project, PPD and Sponsor shall execute a Project Addendum evidencing such Services. Sponsor agrees that the Project Addendum shall be executed by both parties before PPD commences work under the Project Addendum, unless the parties otherwise agree in writing. The Project Addendum shall be attached to this Agreement. The Project Addendum and this Agreement shall constitute the entire agreement for the applicable Project. To the extent any terms set forth in a Project Addendum conflict with the terms set forth in this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control unless otherwise specifically set forth in the Project Addendum.
Project Addendum. THIS PROJECT ADDENDUM (the “Project Addendum”) is made and entered into as of December 15, 2014 (the “Effective Date”) by and between PPD DEVELOPMENT, LP, a Delaware limited partnership, with its principal executive offices located at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx 00000 (“PPD”) and VASCULAR BIOGENICS, LTD., an Israeli company with its principal executive offices located at 0 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Street, Or Xxxxxx, Israel 60376 (“Sponsor”).
Project Addendum. ("PA") - Project Addendum means an appendix(ces) to the MDA between PSIP and SEC describing the deliverables for a specific controller platform including specific deliverables, schedule and payment of Engineering Services Fees associated with a development project.

Project Addendum. ChemoCentryx, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and Xxxxxx International Inc. (“Xxxxxx”) have entered into a Clinical Research Services Agreement dated October 12, 2006 (“Master Agreement”) which provides in Section 1.1 that a Project Addendum be entered into by the Parties to set out with specificity the Services to be performed by Xxxxxx and the compensation to be provided by Sponsor to Xxxxxx with respect to a Study to be performed under the Master Agreement. The terms and conditions set forth herein are pursuant to and governed by the Master Agreement. Capitalized terms used in this Project Addendum shall have the meaning set forth in the Master Agreement. The Master Agreement effective as of October 12, 2006 is hereby incorporated by reference. To the extent any terms or conditions set forth in this Project Addendum conflict with the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement, the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement shall control, unless specifically set forth otherwise in this Project Addendum. Further, the Parties entered into a Letter of Intent (“Letter Agreement”) effective as of August 23, 2006, under which Xxxxxx performed certain Preliminary Services (as that term is defined in the Letter Agreement) related to the Study that is the subject of this Project Addendum. In accordance with Section 10(a) of the Letter Agreement, to the extent that any of the Preliminary Services set forth in the Letter Agreement are included as part of the Services set forth in this Project Addendum and have already been paid for by Sponsor under the Letter Agreement, Sponsor shall not be required to pay any additional sums for such Preliminary Services. The term of this Project Addendum shall commence on the date set forth on the last page of this Project Addendum (“Effective Date”) and shall end on the earlier of the following events: (1) the completion of the Services by Xxxxxx; or (b) the expiration or earlier termination of the Master Agreement or the earlier termination of this Project Addendum.
Project Addendum. Each Project Addendum will include, as appropriate and without limitation, the specifications for the Services/Project, key milestones, a timeline for the performance and completion of the applicable Services, the Project representatives for each Party, a description of the deliverables, Project fee(s) associated with the applicable Services, and the schedule on which such amounts shall be invoiced. Promptly upon successful completion of the negotiation of a Project Addendum, Biovest will execute two (2) copies of the mutually acceptable Project Addendum and send both to AYTU for execution. Each Project Addendum shall be confirmed by AYTU through AYTU’s issuance of a purchase order referencing the specific Project Addendum (“Purchase Order”). Biovest agrees that no work may commence under a Project Addendum before AYTU’s issuance of a Purchase Order referencing such Project Addendum. AYTU acknowledges that any delay in issuance of a Purchase Order in connection with any Project Addendum shall serve to equally delay any applicable timeline set forth in that particular Project Addendum. Once executed by both Parties, Project Addenda become part of this Agreement and are incorporated into and become subject to this Agreement in their entirety.
Project Addendum. For each Project and/or Presentation of Product to be Produced by Ology Bio hereunder, the Parties shall agree in writing upon a Project Addendum. The Project Addendum shall be prepared by Ology Bio. In no event shall Ology Bio be required to schedule or commence Services until a Project Addendum for such Services has been approved in writing by both Ology Bio and Client.
