Project Boundary. Limits Aerial Imagery Acquisition. Woolpert will acquire new color digital aerial imagery covering the entire 347.1 square mile project area during the winter/spring of 2023. The aerial imagery will be acquired with an average sidelap of 30% and at a flying height capable of producing 1"=50' scale orthoimagery with a 3.0‐inch pixel resolution during leaf‐off conditions (based upon weather, some leaf‐on conditions may exist), during ground conditions that are sufficiently clear of snow (based upon weather, some snow may be located along the north sides of tree lines, ditches and some snow piles may be found in large parking lots) and when rivers/streams are contained within their normal banks. The aerial imagery will also be acquired when the solar angle is at or above 25‐degrees and when cloud cover (cumulous clouds) is 5% or less. ABGPS/Ground Control. Woolpert will utilize existing and if needed, establish new horizontal/vertical ground photo control to support the intended base mapping. If any new control points are needed, they will be GPS observed and be consistent with second order horizontal and third order vertical. This control will be sufficient to meet the required accuracy necessary to support the base mapping. During imagery acquisition, Woolpert will maintain ABGPS base stations to acquire new airborne GPS coordinates in support of the base mapping. Horizontal‐Vertical Datums/Coordinate System/Geoid/Mapping Units: DEM. Woolpert will utilize the 2022 OSIP Lidar to ortho rectify the new aerial imagery. Digital Ortho‐imagery. Woolpert will produce new countywide color 4‐band, 8‐bit digital ortho‐imagery at a 1"=50' scale and with a 3.0‐inch pixel resolution. The orthoimagery tiling format will follow a modular layout, with each 1"=50' scale orthoimage covering 1,250' x 1,250' and defined by even NAD83 Ohio State Plane Coordinate grid lines. Ortho tiles will be clipped to eliminate overlap between adjacent tiles. The file size for each tile will be approximately 100 MB. Woolpert will use an interactive mosaicking process for tone balancing and image mosaicking. The buffer zone will extend 100‐feet outside the county‐line. All delivery tiles (1,250’ x 1,250’ in size) that touch or are within the project buffer will be delivered as complete image ortho tiles. The digital ortho‐imagery will be produced and delivered in geotiff format with a .tiff world file for geo‐referencing. The aesthetic quality of the orthoimagery will conform to the quality pr...
Project Boundary. For this Project, a portion of the and the existing will be designated as the “project boundary” for LEED Certification. This “project boundary” will be established by the Design Professional to incorporate those portions of the project that most appropriately meet the LEED Guidelines and allow for LEED Certification with the least amount of cost. The “project boundary” shall be established and mutually agreed to during the Conceptual Design Phase of the Project and then updated, as necessary, during the various design phases of the Project. It is also understood that the LEED “project boundary” will likely be different than the overall Project boundary. While not all components of the Project are within the LEED “project boundary” the design of the entire Project shall be in line with the LEED NC version 2.2 design guiding principles.
