Second Order definition

Second Order means the order made by the Court granting the relief sought on the Second Motion, substantially in the form of the order at Schedule “D”.

More Definitions of Second Order

Second Order means the anticipated order of the Court approving the terms of this Settlement Agreement and approving Class Counsel Fees and Disbursements, which will be substantially in the form of Schedule E hereto or as modified by the Court.
