Project Construction Meetings. The Project Manager shall keep the Project Coordinator informed of the time and place of each regular and special project construction meeting to enable the Project Coordinator to attend, become informed about the status of the Project, participate in discussions and present the City’s position regarding matters being discussed. The Project Manager shall also participate in such separate meetings with the Project Coordinator and, at the City Administrator’s option, with the City Administrator’s designee, as may be scheduled by the Project Coordinator with at least three (3) days’ prior notice.
Project Construction Meetings. The CONSULTANT's representative(s) will attend bi weekly construction meetings, to assist in the resolution of construction issues. Other appropriate design team members shall attend as project conditions require. Provide status reports on submittals, clarification requests, change orders and substitutions. • Memoranda addressing items which are the CONSULTANT's responsibility (5 copies).
