Final Design Submittal. ‌ 8 When the design for a given element or area is approximately 95 percent complete, Developer 9 shall prepare and submit a Final Design Submittal to ADOT for review and comment. Each Final 10 Design Submittal must include Plans, specifications, technical memorandums, reports, studies, 11 calculations, and other pertinent data, as applicable. The Final Design Submittal must also 12 include a Comment Resolution Form showing how the Final Design Submittal addresses the 13 review comments generated during the previous Submittal reviews.

Final Design Submittal. The Consultant shall: • Address all final review comments in a matrix format and incorporate applicable comments pursuant to the City’s 100% review into the final plans, special provisions, bid schedule and cost estimates. • Furnish to the City copies of all Project drawings in AutoCAD format and of all Project Contract Documents in Microsoft Word format on CD-media or USB flash drive. • Provide one set of final, sealed, full-size original bond drawings with mylar cover sheet (signed by the appropriate public agencies and utility companies), Special Provisions, and Geotechnical Report, in a form approved by the City and suitable for reproduction. • Provide Project probable opinion of construction cost broken out by funding source. • Provide calculations, design worksheets, and other information for the City’s files. • Provide through its geotechnical subconsultant, a Technical Memorandum to the City summarizing the review of the final plans and specifications for conformance to the recommendations in the Geotechnical Report.
Final Design Submittal. Design is fully complete in all aspects and considered at final design and bid-ready. Design Consultant shall incorporate City review comments from the 100% Submittal. Final Design Submittal. ‌ Contractor shall provide a detailed final design submittal within three (3) months of the Notice to Proceed. This submittal shall be reviewed with MTD to verify that all aspects of Contractor’s design are in conformance with the specifications. The final design submittal shall include a complete description of each AIM system and system component, updates to the technical information submitted in the preliminary design submittal, and an updated detailed project schedule. At a minimum, the overview shall provide details of each system and discuss any changes and updates that have been made since the preliminary design submittal.

Final Design Submittal. The FIRM will prepare a 100% final design submittal based on the comments received at the 90% review meeting with the City and any revisions made during bidding for a conformed set. FIRM will provide review of the final shop drawings based on these final design documents. The technical specifications and drawings will then be submitted to the City and/or WS.
Final Design Submittal. Bid Contract Documents A single final percent design review package should be created to combine each of the work order initiated Pedestrian corridors. The review package should be organized by engineering design discipline (Civil, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, etc.). Deliverables: • Provide five bound copies of the Final Design Review package. • Five bound sets of Final drawings, 11-inch x 17-inch. • Project Cost estimate. • Project schedule. • Agenda and minutes for City review meeting from QA/QC comments on 95 percent Design Review package. • Provide an updated Bid Schedule in MS Excel format. (An example of the City’s excel worksheet will be provided). • PDF’s of all of the deliverables stated above in a CD
