Final Design Submittal. ‌ 8 When the design for a given element or area is approximately 95 percent complete, Developer 9 shall prepare and submit a Final Design Submittal to ADOT for review and comment. Each Final 10 Design Submittal must include Plans, specifications, technical memorandums, reports, studies, 11 calculations, and other pertinent data, as applicable. The Final Design Submittal must also 12 include a Comment Resolution Form showing how the Final Design Submittal addresses the 13 review comments generated during the previous Submittal reviews.

Final Design Submittal. The Artist shall submit the Final Design Submittal to the Project Manager as described in Section 5.1, and receive approval prior to fabrication and installation.
Final Design Submittal. The PSQAM shall submit to TxDOT the Final Design Submittal for review along with a certification of compliance with each Submittal. Construction packages for individual Work items, Elements or phases shall be organized such that the final document package can be assembled in a manner similar to the standard construction documentation typically provided to TxDOT for conventional project letting, as mutually agreed upon by Developer and TxDOT. When Xxxxxxxxx has completed the Final Design Submittal for an item, Element, or phase and seeks to obtain TxDOT’s concurrence of such a design, as further described in Section 2.2.7.7, the PSQAM shall certify that: a) The design meets all applicable requirements of the Contract Documents, applicable Law and Governmental Approvals. b) The design has been checked in accordance with Developer’s approved PSQMP. c) The item or Element is ready for construction. d) Developer has obtained all required final ROW, Governmental Approvals, and Utility Owner Approvals. The Final Design Submittal shall consist of complete Design Documents incorporating all of the design Submittal review comments provided in accordance with the Contract Documents. Developer shall provide all documentation, including copies of TxDOT’s Approval of deviations for design standards and/or Design Exceptions to TxDOT with the Final Design Submittal. Prior to certifying the above items, elements, or phases, and following review and comment of the Final Design Submittal by TxDOT, PSQAM shall have conducted a formal review with TxDOT as described in Section 2.2.7.5.2.

Final Design Submittal. Consultant shall: • Address final review comments and incorporate applicable comments pursuant to the Citys 100% review into the final plans, Contract Documents, special conditions, technical specifications, bid schedule, and cost estimate • Furnish to the City copies of all PROJECT drawings diskettes in AutoCAD Civil 3D format. • Provide one set of final, sealed, full-size original mylar drawings (signed by the appropriate public agencies and utility companies), Contract Documents and Specifications, and Geotechnical Investigation Report, all in a form approved by the City and suitable for reproduction including the electronic media of such files. • Provide calculations, design worksheets, and other information for the City's files. • Seal drawings, specifications, and reports by a professional engineer licensed in the state of Nevada. • Provide a letter certifying that the design improvements are in compliance with the American with Disabilities Act and associated regulations. • Provide a letter certifying that design improvements conform to the recommendations outlined in the Consultant preprared Geotechnical Report. • Provide all items outlined in this task in electronic media.

Final Design Submittal. During the final design phase, final comments from the 90% design submittal shall be incorporated into the drawings and specifications. This final submittal will not be reviewed by the City and will be considered the bid set. Tasks include: • Production of final engineering drawings • Production of final engineering specificationsThe Consultant shall prepare an estimate of probable construction cost for the 100% design package. The cost estimate shall be transmitted along with the final 100% design package Final drawings shall be signed and sealed by a professional civil engineer registered by the State of California. The Consultant shall provide three (3) sets of 11” x 17” drawings, three (3) sets of 22” x 34” (D Size) drawings, four (4) sets of specifications, and one (1) electronic copy in PDF format of the final design package for bid purposes.
