Project Cost Updates. The County will provide updated cost estimates to the City showing the County and City shares of Project costs annually at the time of Capital Improvement Program development. Updated cost estimates will also be provided by the County to the City at the following times: • prior to approval of the appraised values for any necessary right of way acquisitions, • prior to advertising a construction contract, • after bid opening (prior to contract award), • during construction if total contract changes exceed $25,000, • once per year following the construction season until the Project is complete. Project cost estimate updates include actual and estimated costs for engineering, utility relocation, and construction. The Parties acknowledge that Project cost estimates are subject to numerous variables causing the estimates to be subject to change and the updates are provided for informational purposes in good faith. Each agency is responsible for informing their respective councils or boards regarding Project costs.

If an amount exceeding $2,000,000 is required to complete PROJECT, VTA shall notify CITY in writing that additional funds are needed pursuant to Section II Article 7. VTA shall not perform any work beyond the amount of funds provided in Section II, Articles 2 and 3 until an amendment to this AGREEMENT is executed, adding funds to cover PROJECT completion.

Related to Project Cost Updates

  • Project Cost a. The estimated cost of the Project is $ 97,740.00. This amount is based upon the Schedule of Financial Assistance in Exhibit "B", attached to and incorporated in this Agreement. Exhibit “B” may be modified by mutual execution of an amendment as provided for in paragraph 5.i.

  • Project Cost Overruns In the event that the Recipient determines that the moneys granted pursuant to Section II hereof, together with the Local Subdivision Contribution, are insufficient to pay in full the costs of the Project, the Recipient may make a request for supplemental assistance to its District Committee. The Recipient must demonstrate that such funding is necessary for the completion of the Project and the cost overrun was the result of circumstances beyond the Recipient's control, that it could not have been avoided with the exercise of due care, and that such circumstances could not have been anticipated at the time of the Recipient's initial application. Should the District Committee approve such request the action shall be recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Project Costs Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, the Company shall disclose to the Department all of the Project Costs which the Company seeks to include for purposes of determining the limitation of the amount of the Credit pursuant to Section 5-30 of the Act and provide to the Department a Schedule of Project Costs in the form as attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Project Construction Budget The project construction cost allowance specifically stated in writing as the ‘revised’ or ‘current’ ‘Project Construction Budget’ by the Trustees at each applicable phase of plan development.
