Other Project Management Duties. VTA shall include the TOWN staff as an active participant within VTA’s project management process, hold periodic meetings as agreed upon by the project team(s) to assess the progress of development for PROJECT and address PROJECT issues as they arise. VTA shall also prepare regular reports on activity and progress of PROJECT for the TOWN.

Other Project Management Duties. CITY must: i. Submit a project management plan (“PMP”) to VTA in accordance with the PMP template in Attachment B within thirty (30) business days of the Effective Date of this AGREEMENT. The PMP must be in writing and must include information regarding service scope, staffing plan, cost, schedule, and contracting plan. ii. Actively monitor actual PROJECT expenditures to ensure that the 2016 MEASURE B funds are used to pay only for ELIGIBLE COSTS (as defined in Section 5). iii. Provide VTA with written quarterly progress reports (“PROGRESS REPORTS”) (as supplied by VTA to CITY) on the PROJECT, including but not limited to updates on PROJECT expenditures, any changes in scope and schedule, PROJECT status, monthly PROJECT performance such as ridership, total miles, total hours, fare collection and any other information VTA may require for inclusion in the progress updates. iv. Submit the PROJECT’s final report (“FINAL REPORT”) to VTA. This FINAL REPORT must be in writing and must include information regarding final PROJECT costs, total ridership, total revenue miles and total revenue hours, fare collection, along with any other information VTA may require for inclusion in the FINAL REPORT. v. CITY will make staff available to present on the PROJECT at VTA committees as needed.
Other Project Management Duties. TOWN must: i. Submit to VTA the most current version of VTA’s 2016 Measure B Complete Streets Checklist for Capital Projects (as supplied by VTA to TOWN) within five (5) business days of the Effective Date of this AGREEMENT. ii. Submit a project management plan (PMP) to VTA within thirty (30) business days of the Effective Date of this AGREEMENT. The PMP must be in writing and must include information regarding staffing plan, cost, schedule, contracting plan, and risk assessment. iii. Actively monitor actual PROJECT expenditures to ensure that the 2016 MEASURE B funds are used to pay only for ELIGIBLE COSTS (as defined in Section 8). iv. Provide VTA with written quarterly progress updates on the PROJECT, including but not limited to updates on PROJECT expenditures, any changes in scope and schedule, and PROJECT status. v. Submit the PROJECT’s final report (“FINAL REPORT”) to VTA. This FINAL REPORT must be in writing and must include information regarding final PROJECT, along with any other information VTA may require for inclusion in the FINAL REPORT. vi. Provide VTA copies of PROJECT deliverables including, but not limited to, reports, designs, drawings, plans, specifications, schedules, and other materials. TOWN will provide VTA a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days to review and provide comments. VTA’s comments must be considered in the final design phase of the PROJECT before TOWN constructs the PROJECT. If TOWN chooses not to incorporate any VTA comment into the final design for the PROJECT, TOWN must provide VTA with a written explanation of why such comment was not incorporated. vii. TOWN will make staff available to present on the PROJECT at VTA committees as needed.

  • Construction Management Services a. A-E may be required to review and recommend approval of submittals, shop drawings, Request for Information (RFI) and/or calculations for temporary structures such as trench shoring, false work and other temporary structural forms. b. A-E may be required to review and advise the County Representative on the overall project schedule, including staging and completion dates, duration, milestones, and interfaces. Immediately notify Representative if the proposed work schedule does not conform to the contract documents, including the plans, specifications, and permits or that may require special inspection or testing, or work stoppage. c. Review on a monthly basis the project schedule and/or Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule submitted by the Construction Contractor. Make recommendations concerning the Construction Contractor’s adherence thereto. Recommend possible solutions to scheduling problems so as to complete the project on time, within budget, and in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. d. Review scope of work and identify potential contract change orders. Prepare independent cost estimates for any changes resulting from design revisions or change in field conditions. Prepare and recommend for approval all contract change orders. e. Evaluate the merit of any potential claims or requests for equitable adjustment submitted by the Construction Contractor. Prepare analysis of potential claims include recommendations regarding settlement of the claims. f. Assist County staff in project related issues with other Agencies, or departments, engineering and material testing support firms, CEQA consultants, utilities agencies, etc. g. Assist in community outreach meetings and media relations h. Review for acceptance/approval of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) in accordance with the general Permit of Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity (Construction General Permit, including dewatering/diversion plans per the State’s DeMinimus Permit).

  • Project Management Plan 3.2.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work. Developer shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan, Good Industry Practice and applicable Law. 3.2.2 Developer shall develop the Project Management Plan and its component parts, plans and other documentation in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 1.5.2.5

The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.
